My experience with Kristyn N. was simply phenomenal. She listened to my issues and addressed them in the most effective way possible (and with compassion).
There were no scripted answers but direct responses and solutions to my issues.

After not receiving my Nutrafol product (under almost a month later) and the poor customer service I received, I decided to write a one star review on Trustpilot dated July 16, 2025. Nutrafol replied with this statement,

"Hi Karen, We are so sorry to hear of your recent customer experience and we'd love to make it up to you. Please reach out to Nutrafol so that we can follow up and work together for an adequate solution." END QUOTE

I subsequently wrote to Nutrafol (as Nutrafol suggested) and this is the response I received from Nutrafol.

Nutrafol's response certainly does not indicate a desire to make it right. Will not be ordering any products from Nutrafol in the future! Done!!! There are so many other good products on the market!!!

I love this product so much! My hair is looking great and the hair loss has slowed down. I also love the amazing customer service and how helpful they are.

I am extremely disappointed in having spent over $200 on Nutrofol. This product is absolutely worthless!! I saw no results whatsoever after using this product and I took it every day as recommended. Buyer beware!!

I took Nutrafol for six continuous months. It did absolutely nothing. Complete waste of money. They say they do the "research" but never present said "research".

expensive and no better than without it for me. I used it for 12 months and have pictures to show no change. My spouse also did it and no change. wasted money!

I've been taking about 4 months now. Lots of money spent but I'm not seeing results. Still needing to use fibers to cover scalp. I'll give another month or two to see if I just take longer

Well, I had high hopes for this product, I am 52, pretty active person, vitamins, nutrition, etc. A few months ago I began to notice that my hair was falling out more than usual. And every week more and more, I went to the doctor, even started hormone therapy and she advised these products, 3 month supply!!! And what? My hair started falling out even more! I am already afraid to wash my hair because every time I end up with a bunch of hair in my hands. Nutragol does not work at all!!!! I so regret to spend such huge amount for cheap vitamins which I can buy at every store 10 times cheaper!!!
I do not recommend AT ALL!!!

I think my vitamin levels have been awesome ever since I started on Nutrafol. But I don’t know if it did much for my hair to be honest.
Also I want to give this to my adolescent daughter but she cannot swallow such big pills. Would you be good to see if that can be improved.

I started taking nutrafol years ago after an episode of telogen effluvium and hair shedding. Once I started the daily vitamins, I have been taking them ever since. This was one of the easiest and most effective solutions to add into my routine to rebuild and regrow thick and healthy hair. Also, the customer service has always gone above and beyond if I ever needed anything throughout the years I’ve been with Nutrafol. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company and it’s products. And… it works!

Excellent “wrap around” and customer service. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that the product is as good as the people who work there!!

Your entire team was amazing and so patient with me as I bavigate my diagnosis of cancer. I fought with my Smilow care team about my natural supplements and Nutrafol, in particular. Sadly, the Docs @ Smilow seem to be old school and continue to prescribe toxic meds, created twenty years ago. They told me they could not accept the ingredients in Nutrafol, yet they know virtually norhing of holistic medicine, Eastern alternative protocols or supplements! I've left Yale; I have a new cancer team. I'm back on Nutrafol and my hair is improving, my nails are spectacular! You folks are my team now. I do take a lot of pills, nay be on them for the rest of my life. I wish Nutrafol could find a way to produce a palatable, liquid formula; not real sweet. Would be easier; given your ingredients, doubt this is an option. I'm just grateful and there's nothing that I could tell you that you don't already know. Your customer care team is exceptional. I have been using Nutrafol consistently for approximately one year. As a result, My hair now feels thicker, is quite manageable and it has a sheen I have never experienced! I am almost 79 years of age, therefore, these results are extremely impressive.

I have been using Nutrafol for several years. It is a good quality Vitamin but does nothing to help with hair growth. It is way over priced so most cannot afford it. I emailed the company regarding someone on Ebay selling for $30.00. It came with no expiration or Lot number. I demanded my money back and threw the capsules away. The address was a Bahrain Co and operating out of an apartment in Queens. Nutrafol wasn't interested in my report.
I did receive the response below; however, never the email or contact promised. I really don't think they care about false knockoffs.

I have consistently used for 6 months and seen absolutely ZERO results. I think they really do good promotion but the products are useless mumbo jumbo. Don't believe in their 'clinical results' and don't waste your money (and hopes) here.

I cannot say enough about this company besides having an amazing and safe product this company is one of very few that actually has a pulse and a heart. They came to my rescue when I suddenly become a widow and the stress left me without most of my hair and I have recovered a good deal of my hair even after I had a stroke on may 29 2024. My experience with Nutrafol has been a positive one overall. I had been taking it for a long time and decided to cut the dosage from 4 capsules to 3 then 2 believing I could save a few dollars since my hair texture/ density was doing so well. After several months of lowering the dosage, my hair began to thin, and I noticed more hair falling out. It's been a couple of months since going back to the original dosage of 4 capsules a day and my hair is just beginning to come back. There is still quite a bit of hair thinning on the scalp but hopefully, it will fill in naturally in the next few months.

Been on Nutrafol for 2 or more years and it's not helping.

I love the Quality and the service to have my hair tested. It gave me an insight as to what was causing it not to grow.

Hello my results are slow, but I do see a change in my hair and scalp. I wish and pray I am able to look like the commercial one day.
