I was looking tentatively for a new role at the time however to my surprise whilst on holiday she had managed to get two job interviews within a week of our first discussion and after I had sent her my CV.

We had some really good discussions in regards to preparing for the interviews and was given really good and honest advice about which job might be better for me and why it might be a good time to move from current employer because I was wary of leaving as I had been with my employer for a number of years. Annie however didn't try to rush me through the process and after our conversations I decided to take the job and I'm thoroughly delighted with the new role.
