Top One International レビュー

I received an email asking me to call them about my order so I did and their question had to do with the engraving which we resolved. Later that day I received a call back from them asking me about the size of the watchband I ordered. I was guided through to find the serial number so that they could determine if I ordered the right band and I did not so they did have the one I need in stock and they are sending it to me. Most companies would just ship what you ordered. They wouldn’t care but this was true personalized service and I am very grateful. I will recommend them 100%.

Great store, called regarding a question on my order, very professional and courteous, highly recommend.

James was super helpful and went way beyond expectations with customer service. Recommend working with him for your watch needs. 5star!

⛄️James is an outstanding customer service rep for your NYWATCHES. Helpful, polite and easy to work with. I hope you will value what you have in James with a big Xmas bonus.

Great service about a credit card issue--James got it fixed up straight away. Great turn on around time on shipping too.

Purchased three of the 22mm metal watch bands for a Casio Duro watch. The bands are made well and look good on the watch.
James was helpful to me in the purchase and the set-up of the bands.

There was an issue with processing my payment(on my banks end). Instead of just skipping my order, they contacted me personally to inform me what happened. He was super respectful with how he handled everything. Got my card re ran and gave me all the information I needed about how to track y order. Also let me know that he was processing my order immediately. All this and I was only spending $20 on a new watch band. I will recommend this company to everyone I know. Customer service like this doesn’t exist anymore! I’ll be making future orders guaranteed!

I can't rave about my experience enough. My G Shock mod is spectacular, and it was shipped immediately. I absolutely love it. These watches are awesome, the build quality is second to none, and NY Watch is a pleasure to deal with.

good selection, not quite to amazon levels, but everyone needs to start somewhere.
I needed a replacement band for my Tissot and NYWS had many options. I am looking forward to seeing it soon.
I phoned in a question and the guy was very civil, honest and clear!
great job to whoever that was.

James gave excellent customer service over the phone and gave updates about my order/delivery. I look forward to receiving the watch i ordered as my husband's holiday gift!

I appreciate them reaching out to me to ensure I made the correct selections when I mistakenly didn’t. They saved me from spending $50 unnecessarily. Honesty and respect made this experience 5-star.

James was extremely helpful with assisting me with the bracelets I decided to purchase. He guided me through the checkout process and bracelets were delivered within the timeline I choose. The bracelets are excellent quality and I extremely happy with the entire purchase process. I highly recommend Top One International.

Order created, confirmed and shipped quickly from a phone call.

The man who helped us, we think his name was James, was extremely helpful. He helped navigate the website and how to measure the width of the watch band we needed.

James has great customer service capabilities,,,and he is VERY TRUSTWORTHY!...I purchase from them over and over.

The selection of bands are outstanding and ordering online was easy. Customer service was great when I called to change the band size after ordering.

Quick and responsive customer service.

The overall purchase experience was fast and seamless. Of course, the price was super competitive. I did the needful due diligence and discovered, after reading numberous reviews, that customer feeback was overwhelmingly positive.
