PK was very helpful
PK was truly helpful in resolving a fraud impersonation problem. Someone bought a device from my account. I hit a dead end with the customer care. When I visited the store to get help for this issue, he was very helpful and efficient in solving this for me. Great service. Cheers!

I ordered a sim card using customer service but it never arrived so I came instore to get a replacement sim card PK was brilliant he solved my problem instantly and also explained every step clearly and politely. He also made me aware of the recent offers. Brilliant service.

Great service
I had issues with my sim card which I ordered online, so I visited the store in trinity the advisor pk helped me get my sim card working. As I really rely on my sim card to stay connected to my loved ones it was a nightmare but he sorted that in second. Great service.

Kieran was really helpful and was able…
Kieran was really helpful and was able to fix the issue I was having with my watch. I got lucky going to a store with a service advisor in because the first person that I spoke to told me I needed to go Apple, but Kieran was able to reset the sim and sort out the signal issue.

Great service by VC Kieran. Sorted 2 ongoing problems really quickly. Have spent several hours on phone to call centre who never previously solved my issue. Kieran found the problem and resolved there and then. Very happy

I visited this store on the 16th June and was exceptionally pleased with the attitude of the staff and the team work which was shown within the store. Nothing was too much trouble fir Shahid the gentleman who sorted my problem out. Well done to everyone would recommend your store to everyone. Top customer service.
