Abbie has Excellent service
Abbie has Excellent service, never felt I was being talked down to. Abbie was very respectful and personable, i would encourage anyone who needs help with their phone to visit o2. I have came to Abbie for 4 years and she is just brilliant.

Alejo was fantastic, knowledgeable and assisted with everything in a timely and professional manner. He was extremely polite and very patient with our enquiries which were a bit complex .

Excellent service by Alejo in the Liverpool one store solved a problem that no one else could sort really appreciate he's help.. he was patient and went above and beyond to resolve my issue... hope management at the store appreat what a though and professional employee they have in Alejo in customer service (hope I've spelt his name correctly) thanks again

Abbie Alejo and Matt worked tirelessly to solve my billing issue, I’ve struggled with phoning customer service in the past. Will definitely be coming back in in future.
