Abdulkarim and Michael were phenomenal advisors, helped me with upgrading my phone and gave me a fantastic deal on a iphone and tablet deal that i just couldn't turn down, Abdul also went above and beyond to help set up my new iphone and explained the new features very well as someone who's not a technophobe, thanks again to both of the guys for their service!

Recent experience at Westfield store
I came into the O2 store in Westfield to resolve an ongoing fraud issue on my account. I met with customer service advisor Pablo, who was very patient and understanding. He gave ample time in listening and assisting me on the complexities of my case. Furthermore, he spent time in activating my online account which I previously have had issues with. It is reassuring to be met by someone who is dedicated to supporting you with professional curtesy and care.

Outstanding customer service, care and attention to detail. I’m in desperate need of transparency off the back of the bad customer service I got at ee. Abdulkarim and Itmamul have expressed an exemplary level of customer service and professionalism and that deserves to be noted as it was all done in sincerity.
