Withdraw Denied 😠.. worst broker ever when it comes to deposit there's a thousand of methods but withdraw only 4 or 5 methods, which they still deny withdraw. don't put your money in this broker because they'll make it hard for you to get your funds, remember trading is already hard and a shetty broker like this one should be avoided at all cost . they have the worst support system which keeps you in a loop, till now I can't withdraw my money... learn from me don't recommend or use this scam , run as fast as you can after seeing this scam broker

Rude and disrespectful support desk.
It said,

“if the above declared amount is accurate and provide a source of savings, is it in local currency or USD?”

I understand the office questions, but is it required to ask “ is it in local currency or USD?”

It is reflecting the organization standards. However , thanks for response.

My broker always attend my needs on time. She Often ask my concern and answer my queries. Frequently organise recognition and app reaction event. That is why I traded using Oanda for 23 years.

The virtual help quickly prompt for a customer service officer to attend. The officer was helpful and the issue was resolved expeditiously.

I traded live account with small capital (as they say no minimum deposit required) to test out the trading platform as demo account was unavailable, first 3 trades on AUD/SGD was successfully opened and closed. Another day when I tested the platform again I was unable to open trade with even 0.01 trade size and was asked to add more deposit. Deposit doesnt instantly go to trading account as it takes days before you see the drposit balance on trading account. I may say how the platform work is quite different when compare to other commonly used MT4 trading platforms. Considering all these downsides on testing, finally I withdrew my money back instead of deposting more.

Este año volvi a usar este broker y la verdad me decepciono mucho y su nivel esta muy malo y bajo! Mucho tiempo de espera para abrir una cuenta, mucha demora para aceptar documentos, mucha demora para aceptar DEPOSITOS! Les envie 5 documentos diferentes para confirmar mi direccion y NO LOS ACEPTAN! imposible tener una cuenta verificada porque no aceptan documentos! El sistema de soporte tecnico es bueno, pero NO FUNCIONA! NO SOLUCIONAN LOS PROBLEMAS! solamente te dicen que realizan un ¨ticket¨ y hay que ESPERAR! Dios mio no pueden ser tan lentos para una tarea tan sencilla! Realice un retiro de dinero y hay que esperar MÁS DE 48HS! y aun nose si voy a poder sacar mi dinero de aqui! ES MUY INSEGURO HACER TRADING CON TANTAS DESVENTAJAS, GENERAN INSEGURIDAD AL CLIENTE!

Hoy en dia hay miles de alternativas y mucho mejores que OANDA.

OANDA is great because:
1. It allows immediate deposit/withdrawal with ease.
2. It allows trading on the go with its mobile app as well as algorithmic trading with its APIs.
3. Spreads are competitive for some products that I look at.
4. It conducts daily market updates (Daily Dose) and useful webinars for its clients.
5. It has great RMs e.g. Gwen that are always cheerful and ready to help.
6. It organizes great events e.g. CNY dinners for clients.

attended Leap High Seminars for 2 consecutive years. Kelvin's insights are very valuable and has helped me gain a better understanding of the trading landscape. The team of relationship managers are always so hospitable during events, and are never shy to assist me in my queries. Highly recommend Oanda not just as a brokerage platform, but for the hardwork and dedication of the relationship managers as well!

Oanda trading platforms provide great functionality and easy to use.
Beside above, Oanda has excellent customer service with a dedicated relationship manager assigned to who appreciate so much for any services and supports provided.
