If it was an option to give zero stars we would. AVOID this company. Do not use them for storage. We are weeks trying to get our boxes out of storage. No one answers their phones, they don't action emails. It is beyond frustrating. It is completely inconvenient for us to move a large number of boxes from this storage facility but we have been left we no choice as this company are the worst to deal with.
Atrocious company
In all my years of dealing with external suppliers, this Company has proven to be the most difficult and unprofessional to deal with.
The Customer Service is non-existent. The only way to contact anyone is via email, but emails go unanswered for months.
Additional charges are regularly added with no discussion, and prices are put up annually without any consultation.
We discovered that we had been charged for years for items that had been taken out of storage, and OASIS did not have an accurate record of what items we were storing with them.
We tried to terminate our services and were told we were in an annual contract and had conveniently missed the window to cancel so were tied in for another year. This is the first time an annual renewal had ever been mentioned and OASIS have been unwilling (or unable) to provide a copy of a contract, despite us requesting it multiple times.
It seems that other companies have experienced similar problems so we are certainly not alone in this experience. Overall, an absolutely appalling way to run a business. I would suggest avoiding at all costs.

We are in the exactly the same position as Gemma who reviewed the company on the 10th September 2025. We are a small electrical company who over the years has accumulated 33 boxes of archived paperwork that has always been stored with them. However, in the last couple of years they have inflated their prices which are enforced on you without consent or agreement and you can not speak to any one to resolve it. In January 2025 they invoiced us for admin charges which are double the amount of the actual cost to store the items. These admin charges total £443.45 + VAT for one annual invoice and to process one payment. This is despite the charges they make to cover collection of further boxes which again include an admin fee! We have contested this and were told it is correct. Since then we have made numerous attempts to get a response, terminate our contract and get our boxes returned. We have been ignored and despite assurances back in October from client care we would get this resolved with a termination quote heard nothing. I have sent three follow up emails and been cut off today after holding for 15 minutes twice. The only thing they can do is send you a monthly statement reminding you you owe £686.44 + VAT. They hold your company data and tax records to ransom, ignore you completely whilst the fees conveniently continue to accumulate. It's absolutely appalling. Oh and we received a further email saying that their admin fees are increasing again last week. Please do not get involved with the company and if you are an existing client you have my sympathy. We are now taking legal advice.

We have been a client of Oasis for many years and have a very small amount of storage boxes with them. They have never been the best at communication or being upfront and transparent about their costs. This year however my opinion of them has sunk even further as I work for a small, independent charity and they have suddenly increased our monthly administration bill by 200%. This sudden and unexplained rise is not only shocking but deeply troubling for an organisation like ours, which operates on a tight budget.
Despite numerous emails and attempts to raise a formal complaint, we have yet to receive any response. Meanwhile, our account continues to be debited for an amount far beyond what we had budgeted for, placing significant strain on our resources. Hence I am resorting to this review in the hope that someone finally responds. Do not use this company.

Repeat negative review
I wrote a negative review on here nearly 2 years ago, nothing has improved. Dreadful customer service and continual price increases. This quarter I have 2 new additional charges on my invoice, monthly administration charge and monthly environmental service charge, no notification, no explanation and no response when queried several times. Asked Account Manager to ring me, nothing! Oasis communications team, I am not contacting Oasis again, I am the customer, get a grip please.

Do not use this company. I asked for some boxes to be destroyed in 2022. They didnt do it. They are still charging me. There is no reply to emails and nobody to talk to. i have requested the cancellation of the contract and return of my boxes. Nobody has replied. Just goes into a black hole.

Worst Company Ever!
This really is the worst company I have ever had to deal with in my 30 plus years of working.
I have similar views and experiences to the other reviewers. This company is totally incompetent. You cannot speak to a person. Everything is done via email, which is just ignored.
We terminated our notice but similar to the other reviewers, they are making it difficult, not communicating and effectively refusing to return our storage items.
I have sent emails to whoever replies to these reviews but that also makes no difference.
All of the reviews on here are negative and are similar but it doesn't seem to make a blind bit of difference to Oasis.
My advice is to definitely not use this company and unfortunately, if are unlucky enough to already use them, then expect them to be unresponsive and unprofessional when you want to leave.

Dreadful dreadful company. As others have said this would be zero stars if it would be possible to give that rating. They do not respond to emails and never return calls. We have been trying to terminate our account for 2 years and are still receiving invoices despite writing a formal legal letter terminating all services. They do not respond to anything. Avoid them like the plague.

Very poor, unprofessional and obstructive supplier.
I have felt the company difficult to deal with over the last 3 years or so and after the point I advised that I wanted to exit the company they have fallen to pieces and thrown every obstruction in my way to stop us leaving, costing a great deal of money with the exit fees being insane. I know I should be constructive in my criticism, I just wholly suggest never consider using the company and if you are I suggest moving (over time) to a competent professional company.

Avoid, avoid, avoid...
Having read some reviews I cannot agree more with them. Our efficient and effective company was taken over by Oasis and what they offer is of an extremely poor standard. You cannot talk to anybody. Communication is by email only. In desperation I terminated our contract and paid all the charges. Oasis is now delaying a release of our boxes. This will, obviously, result in more invoices from Oasis being issued. They no longer reply to our emails so I don't know how long it is going to be before we can finally collect our boxes and get a better standard of customer service elsewhere. Anything will be better than what we are getting now.
