From the outset my claim was dealt with very efficiently. All communications were friendly and informative. I was fully appraised of progress. This really helped when (due to a family medical issue) we were under a lot of stress. The claim was settled in full to my benefit. Thank you.

Only gave it a one star because there was no option for a zero. My non-fault accident took over a year to resolve, during which time I have felt traumatised and made to feel as if I were somehow at fault. The whole process using seemingly interrelated companies between the repairs, car hire and solicitor (or it seems that way) is flawed and delayed and appears from the outside that everyone takes a cut at the expense of the innocent victim. Never again.
