Odeon is officially useless and have dreadful customer service/experience. So I have bought My Limitless. I have now been suspended for 7 days, because my local Odeon has not been scanning my QR code when I go (not that I was aware). I have been trying to speak to someone via live chat to resolve it. I have been waiting 30mins and no one has bothered to show up to talk to me and 'Odi' their virtual chat BOT is absolutely no help. I tried over the weekend to get hold of someone, only to be told via 'Odi' that there was technical issues. I can't get hold of anyone, what is the point of My Limitless when they put a limit on what you can see due to the incompetence of the local cinema!!

Extremely poor customer service and zero accountability
I have been trying to cancel my ODEON Limitless membership since mid-November. To date, there has been no response and no action taken despite multiple attempts to contact customer service.
The online chat appears to be completely unmanaged â messages go unanswered, and there is no alternative support offered. Despite ignoring my cancellation request, ODEON still sent me a feedback form asking how they performed, which is frankly tone-deaf given the circumstances.
Another payment is due next week, and if this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to take the matter up with my bank â something that should never be necessary simply to cancel a membership.
What makes this worse is that ODEON doesnât even respond to these reviews, which speaks volumes about how little they value customer feedback or accountability.
This experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and completely avoidable. I would strongly caution anyone considering Limitless to think twice, as cancelling appears far more difficult than it should be.

As mentioned below by others, it is absolutely impossible to cancel the My Limitless membership. You cannot just simply end the subscription via your account. You have to fill in a form online and request the cancellation. Iâve done this months ago and just received an email saying they are busy and will be in touch but they donât get back to you and donât reply even when you follow up. Itâs all a scam to trap you into signing up then make it super difficult when you want to cancel.
Because they keep taking payments and my account was set up using my debit card Iâve had to cancel my card and request a new card.
The subscription is brilliant tho and can save you so much but because the cancellation process is a joke itâs something me and others wonât be using again.
Broken Merch
Horrendously expensive merchandise that was broken when we got home. No response regarding a replacement despite a complaint being submitted. Absolutely disgraceful considering we spent £110 on a single visit.
Seats were rubbish compared to Vue, screen wasn't as good either, and the sound didn't fill the room (my home surround actually feels better).
The staff were absolutely fantastic and extremely attentive, you couldn't fault them at all for their approach. Really must be keeping the business alive because the product itself is poor for the extortionate pricing.

I can only write of my own experiences, which are all good. I left the main competitors unlimited subscription due to a very bad experience. In November I joined Odeon myLIMITLESS, and Iâm so pleased that I did. The cinemas are warm. The luxe seating is so comfortable and convenient with tables for snacks. The app works well for booking. Above all every member of staff Iâve met has been polite, respectful, informative and clean the cinemas with enthusiasm after screenings finish.

The film was stopped halfway through due to a power cut and we were asked to vacate the building. Not been able to get through to customer service at all for refund. Appalling service. Very disappointing. Have paid for a service that has not been delivered.

We were 4 adults and 3 children (ages 3, 5, and 8) and were charged full adult prices for the kids. We queued for about 15 minutes, and the staff member serving us was inexperienced, which caused more delays.
After finally getting in, we were stopped because we didnât have 3D glasses. We were never offered them at the counter and were told we had to go back and queue again for another 10â15 minutes. As a result, we missed part of the movie.
Poor organisation and lack of basic communication. Iâve been to this Odeon many times and have never had such a bad experience, especially with young children. Not acceptable.
Customer Service Never Helps
I had issues with the website when trying to book with my card and I went and paid for a 20 pounds Gift Card since in theory it should work, once I paid and got the gift card I tried to use it.
And again failed to pay for my booking, I even tried to go at Odeon, paid for Uber and everything just to find out that I have to email them the issue and when I emailed them they said they cant help me .. if this is not a Scam I dont know what is... they told me to call customer service when I told them I cant call they kept replying with the same message and I felt aggression .. like its my fault their system is broken.

Diabolical. Booked & paid for £100 of tickets for this Friday at 3.20pm. Went to book an extra seat and site says the film is not showing!! Next day go to complain and discover there is no phone number.. you have you talk to a bot.. which is useless and sends me round in circles. Later that day, the site updates and there IS a showing at 2.20pm.. still nothing at 3.20. What do you do? Turn up at 2.20 or 3.30? Or just cancel? Turns out you canât cancel, as there is literally no way to contact them. Iâve never been so frustrated with a company in my life. Donât book with them.. try any other cinema..ps the others are half the price too

I went to watch Avatar with my family and went into cinema 3.
We sat down and immediately noticed how cold it was. I told one of your staff that it was way too cold and they said they would look into it.
Nothing was done about it and it was the most unpleasant experience I have had in a theatre. I could not enjoy the movie my kids and wife were complaining through the whole movie. It is impossible to watch a 3hr movie at that temperature. My toes and everything not covered was frozen. It was warmer outside when we left.
You guys need to at least have it at room temperature as this has to go against the health and safety of the people attending.
I am going to bring a thermometer next time so I can record the temperatures and report this.

So unimpressed with our visit to watch the new Avatar film at Odeon Trafford. Paid over £50 for two cinema tickets only to find other people sat in our seats. The seats we ended up sitting in had a broken table and the other did not recline. Emailed customer services regarding this only to be told that they pass the feedback on?? This is poor customer service as we have paid for a service and the experience has not fulfilled this. We didn't complain to the staff at the time because the cinema was busy and the lights had gone out for the trailers. Will not visit here again or recommend to anyone.
