Very happy with the product and timely shipping - the only bad thing was that the item was left unattended at my home for several hours when delivered, visible to the street, accessible to anyone, and even had description of the contents on the exterior of the package. Fortunately nothing went awry with my parcel, but it was concerning that something so valuable was left so casually

My recent purchase was handled very efficiently and I was surprised at how quickly the product arrived. It arrived in immaculate condition and was very well wrapped to avoid any accidents in transit. The product itself is very good quality and even better than it looked in the pictures.

Memorabilia initially sent was not signed. Took over three weeks for a signed copy to be sent. Poor communication in rectifying their issue.

Don’t even know where to begin…Spent over $1000 on a signed Sam Kerr & Ali Riley football from the Matildas and New Zealand game back in April. They had a game in Townsville and a game in Canberra..I specifically ordered the ball from the Canberra game as that was my first ever Matildas game and I wanted a memory of it. Didn’t hear anything for weeks and was provided with zero updates. Was finally told the ball was on the way to me for it only to be the ball from the Townsville game. I contacted the company and was told they had mixed the balls up and that another customer had my ball and that I had to pack up mine and they’d arrange a courier to come and get it. I was uneasy about doing this without getting my correct ball at the same time due to the price I had paid. We set a time and date for the courier, they never came. We set up another date, they still never came. Eventually, the courier rocked up on a random date and came and collected the ball. I have FINALLY received the correct ball. I have also received the certificate of authenticity but it is for the other game. I’m too exhausted to go through what I had to go through again so I’ll get let it go. I’ve only given two stars as your Customer Service team member Annesa was lovely and tried her best to rectify all the stuff ups.

I honestly can’t give a higher star rating to this company. Callum was absolutely amazing to deal with, with an issue I had with one of my products. He was very prompt to get it sorted. With the problem I had I couldn’t get angry at it with the great service I received from Callum. 10/10

Your company is great to deal with!! I would like to make special mention to Tim Riggio and the production and logistics team they went above and beyond for me!! Tim Riggio is an asset to your company he kept me up to date while I was stressing out that a package wasn’t going to arrive in time for my partners birthday and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. Thank you once again

Great services, i was having issues with the site and not being able to get the order delivered to Wales, I emailed customer service and Tim was very helpful and reply was quick considering the time difference, issue was sorted and the signed photo is now with me damage free,

You Guys are perfect with prompt delivery letting me know dates etc and delivery to out western country area and not being scared of our dogs having to open gates like some delivery services. Customer service has been great too. Have bought a number of items for hubby will be buying lots more items.

My boyfriend loved his gift arrived super quick

Website was easy to use. Response time with emails are fantastic. And delivery was awesome.

Definitely no problem with my order. It arrived in no time. I hope it’s safe inside the package (I think so) as I have not opened it yet.
