The Engineer from OFNL was brilliant, he came and repaired my ofnl box and helped me finish the setup.

Had issue with my WiFi and booked visit to have it looked at.
Received text off Mark to give me time of scheduled visit on day. After enquiring about issue and my not quite understanding Mark telephone me before his arrival so he knew what issue could possibly be.
Mark arrived promptly and was amazing throughout solved the problem and ensured everything was running smoothly before he left.
Super friendly and extremely efficient. Thank you for getting us back up and running.

Mark W was very prompt to the repair appointment and was very thorough in making sure that issue was resolved. He went above and beyond to make sure we had access to the internet.

The technician, Mark W., who came to sort out my fibre connectivity recently was very efficient, friendly and treated the home with respect. He even ensured the socket is screwed into the wall, something the original installer did not do. Mark W. is a top notch professional, and I will recommend him any day.

Really impressed with the customer service here. From start to finish they were incredible, kept me updated constantly about what was happening and were consistently prompt and polite. Fantastic. Can’t recommend them enough!

Just a big shout out to Kieran H. He was an absolute star getting our service back online. Very experienced with great knowledge. Got us up and running again withing 45mins. We couldn't be happier with his service!!

Errol helped fix our broken fibre cable. He was very professional and quite friendly. He systematically diagnosed the issue with his set of tools and was able to pin point the issue. He even waited until we got the connection on our WiFi network.

I had Mark Wright come to my property to carry out the works. Great comms before the visits and on the day. Very polite and friendly guy and extremely helpful in explaining stuff and great workmanship too. All round great experience and also advised if I had any issues after the visit, I could call for help. So, he couldn’t have been more helpful and I’m very grateful I received a great engineer on the day. Thank you Mark 👍🏽

Received confirmation of appointment and name of engineer in advance. Mark then sent text giving time of arrival and he arrived when he said!
Kept us informed all the way so we knew what to expect even after he was finished.
Can’t fault the service we received!

Can’t fault the service - I work from home so needed to be up and running rather quickly. Despite the awful location of my box which was placed there before we moved in. The engineer came on time prior to a courtesy call to let me know his ETA KIERAN H was friendly efficient, professional and explanatory. Changed my router and output box. Really helpful man. I was having quite a few issues with my WiFi. Ofnl came the next day and Paul was very friendly, explained clearly what the issue was after an initial assessment and immediately worked on the issue. My connection quality has greatly improved since the visit. Thank you!
