Multiple delivery issues

Order not delivered. Queried after 10 days and was advised postal issues and that replacement would be sent. A week later, still no delivery. Chased again and was told replacement order would be sent. Eventually delivery received however only part of order delivered. Chased again for the missing item - still waiting on it to be delivered. For a first-time customer this was a very poor experience, hence the 1 star.

Hello,
We have carefully reviewed your order and the full tracking history again. At the time of dispatch, there were courier delivery outages which caused delays and inconsistent tracking updates. Because of this, you were informed that a replacement would be arranged to ensure you received your items as quickly as possible.

After checking the latest tracking today, we can confirm that **both parcels linked to your order have now been delivered**. There are no outstanding shipments pending from our side.
We understand that the delays, multiple follow-ups, and partial delivery understandably led to a frustrating experience, especially as a first-time customer. The disruption was related to courier issues rather than stock or fulfilment from our warehouse, but we acknowledge the inconvenience this caused.

If you believe any item is still missing, please contact us directly and we will investigate immediately.

I ordered 3-5 months ago

I ordered 3-5 months ago, from Brazil.

The first package was lost in transit, as they told me, after I checked whats's happening with my delivery.

They didn't ask me if I want them to resend it, they did it without asking, even though it was already a long time since I placed the order. I would have clearly said NO!

Now, the 2nd package arrived and I had to do the import - the first time the custom notified me!

I didn't do it, so, after a few weeks, I asked for the refund.

Now, their CS lied to me by saying it wasn't lost (the first package), forgetting what they initially said a few monthd ago (sustained by the fact that the Custom never notified me about that package, by the way!)

In the end, IF YOU WANT TO SELL GLOBALLY, DO YOUR JOB AND INFORM THE CLIENT BEFORE ANY PAYMENT IS DONE, DON'T EXPECT THE CLIENT TO DO YOUR JOB!

THE WORST PART IS THAT THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THEY ACT IN "GOOD FAITH" WHEN THEY ONLY RETAINED THE SHIPMENT ... GUYS, YOU CAUSED ME A LOSS, SO CUT THE BS!!!

Hello,

We would like to respond clearly to your concerns.

For all international orders, import clearance, customs procedures and any associated duties or taxes are managed by the customer in the destination country. This is standard for cross-border shipments and is stated at checkout. Unfortunately, we do not have control over how customs authorities operate or when they issue notifications.

Regarding your order:

• The first parcel was reported as lost in transit by the courier at that time.
• In good faith, and to ensure you received your order without further delay, we arranged a replacement shipment.
• When the second parcel reached Brazil, it required import clearance. As no customs payment or clearance was completed, the parcel was held by customs.

Despite this being outside of our control and part of the standard international import process, we have already refunded the product cost to you. As a company, we have absorbed the loss of the product itself as well as two international shipping charges.

At no point was there any intention to mislead you. Tracking updates sometimes change once parcels enter international customs networks, which may explain the confusion around the “lost” status.

We understand international shipping can be frustrating, but we fulfilled the order, sent a replacement at our expense, and issued a refund for the product despite the customs process not being completed.

Lacking certification

Research their products. I just came across another which they described as organic, yet the packaging has no organic certification.
No response from the company.

Trust not earned. Best avoided.

I do apologise, it was my fault that I didn't put the district that I live in. Royal mail has emailed me; that the order will arrive tomorrow. At oils and herbs the delivery was prompt , Stuart Murdoch.

Dodgy company BE AWARE !!!

This company appears to be dodgy and unreliable.
I've requested information on their products (like the certificates they claim to have from Eurofin and if they're able to provide any more info on what I'm actually about to put in my body....all I got is ...Hello yes. Yet I've never asked a question so disrespec to a customer's question or query is another additional thing to the poor service of this dodgy company.
UPDATE: I'VE RECEIVED the Eurofin review, is dated from March 2025, but there isn't any other quality assurances.Hence I've changed my review from 1 star to 3, I will deduct the 2 stars for the unprofessional way my question was first approached and lack of more clarity and assurance on their products.

Organic liquorice root sticks

I ordered organic liquorice root sticks 100g. I was expecting the sticks to be of a reasonable length (from other companies they have been 10 or 11 cms long).
The ones I received from Oils and herbs were short stumps about 3 cms long. They looked like the “off cuts”. Very disappointed.

It's works Perfectly

My Brother gave me a little of the honey, I couldn't believe it. It's work, no side effects and the effect is something i had not experienced at age 45yrs. I will definitely buy more, and keep telling telling friends and family about it
