I placed an order for 2 CD's on Sunday. I received emails acknowledging my order on Monday and advised when they were both dispatched. Both arrived 2 days later very well packaged. I have ordered CD's online before but none packaged as well as these were. Thank you OLI Records. I would most definitely order from you again and would recommend your company.
I received a refund from Oli, less than the amount I had paid for the items. Now I call oli, and they say they dont have a record of the refund being made - let alone the items being sent to me and to top it off, claimed it was not possible for me to have been sent those items.
So how do you explain a signed returns form, and a credit to my bank account specifically stating a reduced figure from what I paid for the items?
I just think a majority of stuff isnt recorded on their CRMs, and so when you call up you have to re-explain your story, and then explain you are credible and the list continues. I will never order from them again - ever.
PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING FROM OLI! Truely the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. Ordered a maxi dress for a birthday do, and a week and a half later I email THEM to ask where my order is, they then tell me that it will not arrive until a month later. Not impressed, I asked for them to cancel the order, which they wouldn't. They said I could refuse delivery, after trying to fight it, I realised I would not be getting anywhere, so regardless if I liked the dress or not, I decided I would return it out of principle. To top it off, during the week it was due to arrive, I return from work to find a "sorry we missed" you note from their courier that left little details on the card but scribbled on it "parcel in bin shed left on wood shelf" the most unsafe place to leave a parcel, in a bin shed where kids hang out, surprise surprise, the parcel was not there. I have emailed the and yet to receive a responce. Truely TERRIBLE customer service, unwilling to help and the worse courier service on the planet. NEVER USE OLI!!! EVER
Extremely poor customer service, refusing refunds, awful clothes (clearly some second hand or previously worn), awful awful awful awful. THE worst company i have ever used or experienced online or otherwise! and i feel they practise their refund policy somewhat illegally!!!

I was sent an offer through and even though I had had a bad customer service experience with them previously decided I would give them another try. I put in my offer code which they said may not show straight away but would be applied to my statement.... However, when I received my statement I have been charged in full. I rang customer service and was told to email.... why when I am talking to you????? They then said that the offer code was on spends of £30+ but no one on the 'online' voucher was this states I read these things carefully. I now interestingly cannot access this 'online voucher'. I feel that they dangle carrots and then do not follow through... this to me is fraudulant... there customer service is appalling.
