Tricky start, happy ending

Email confirmation with shipment over a week ago. I have sent emails and called, but nothing.

UPDATE. Had a call from a really lovely person, could not be more helpful, so hopefully will all be sorted...

ALL SORTED AND HAPPILY RECEIVED so although difficulty to start, a very helpful and resolved issue.

Je n'est toujours pas reçu mon colis


Je n'est toujours pas reçu mon colis commandé passe le 4 janvier et impossible d'avoir des réponse quand j'envoie des mails à n'importe quelle adresse qui figure sur votre site le numéro de suivie envoyer ne fonctionne pas et depuis le 5l'etat de ma commande est marqué complet alors que rien n'est arriver part contre l'argent à bien était débité !
