I had ordered a grinder + storage


I had ordered a grinder + storage container and the order is down as completed however the tracking number on the Royal Mail website doesn't work? I have not been able to get in touch with company

I am really sorry your item has still not arrived and are finding it difficult to track!

I can assure you though your item has been shipped out on time as usual but due to the Royal mail strikes there is a massive backlog with them and they are running about 7 days behind. Your items will arrive for sure I just can't give you an exact time.

Slow shipping and outdated sales.

The items are ok but you need to use codes during every sale and they take like 3 days to actually ship the items it’s seems because Royal Mail always tells me the actual day they receive it. Now I know recently there have been strikes with Royal Mail but this happens EVERY TIME! I once paid extra for faster delivery and got it after about a week. Plus all the items that people actually want are always gone because the company is bad at estimating inventory.

It took a week and a half late (Not


It took a week and a half late (Not sellers fault, alot of it was due to Royal Mail strikes) but when i opened the package the seller had not delivered all three items and only had delivered two.

Will update this once support team gets back to me

Exploitation of stoners!

Order an ash tray which was supposed to be one of 5 cartoons designs. Neither of these 5 came and totally random one was provided. Bought a Smoke Arsenal scooby doo rolling tray. Tray that came was scooby doo but wasn’t smoke arsenal but still paid the price of one. Bong came scuffed and pattern was poorly printed. The customer service this company provides is from an out source company in India. No love or care in this business. Just exploitation. Would recommend going to your local smoke shop or market stall, will be much better for value. Would not recommend this business at all.

Resolved

After placing a negative review (see below) the Company got hold of me to apologise for the communication issues and resent my ordered with a little extra. This arrived within 48 hours tracked delivery. I appreciate the fast and professional response !

(1 Star Review( SCAMMERS !!!! Ordered and paid for my good from their website. Received a Order Confirmation 31/07/22. Received a Shipped email 01/08. Nothing arrived. We had Post Strick so left it a few weeks for it to arrive. Nothing. Emailed asking for an update on 20/08. No reply. Emailed again 02/09. No reply. Send a FB Message on 17/09, it was read but no reply.

We have emailed the customer. There has been a miss comminucation and the email may have been missed. We have resolved this issue and resent the items out and put in a free goody for her also as an appology :)
