Received my bag and it is cute but the quality is not what I expected. It is soft and could use more structure especially at the based where the bottom meets the woven part. Straps are also just ok.

The bag design is beautiful but the quality is terrible. Worth $10 the most not the almost $60 I paid. I thought it was leather and is a cheap flimsy material. A real shame because the design is stunning.

This was a super cute purse, great for summer.

Poor quality, smells really bad, stunk my entire walking closet. The material feels like foam very cheap faux leather that will start peeling any moment. It doesn’t have the weight you’d expect from a good quality purse. Waste of money. Sorry.

I was disappointed with the pocketbook. The latch was difficult to use. Due to the small opening, it was hard for me to fit the normal things I would put into a pocketbook inside this one. I thought it looked really cute in the ad but overall I was disappointed.

Exterior of purse is cute. The interior had only 1 small pocket & no internal zipper. Wouldn’t order again

I ordered two of the same purses in two different colors and I only received one. I was told to wait 21 days before I ask for a refund. I needed it for a birthday present, oh well. I want a refund

Not as nice as picture portrayed. Mediocre quality. Smaller than expected- only holds small wallet & 2 small items. longer delivery time than it promoted. Didn’t advise it was coming from China.

I loved the first bag I ordered so much, I ordered another. A friend and my daughter also loved my first bag so much they both ordered the bag in different colors.

On their website, they did not indicate anything about their products coming from China and claimed that they provide first-class customer service. However, my experience has been nothing but a series of bad customer service instances.

I bought a bag from the website 15 days ago and until today, I have not heard any update about the shipment. I'm genuinely concerned at this point about whether I will be getting my bag or not. This is on my part, but I realized that their site DOES NOT mention anything about their shipping policy/information anywhere - maybe this is done on purpose...
I've also contacted their customer service numerous time

I also tried to contact the customer service dept. numerous times and all I got was radio silent, except 1 time when the customer rep. replied and did not even bother to address my concern or issue. The rep replied "We have not heard that there is an issue with this, so we think it should be fine." to one of my emails which addressed NOTHING nor gave me reassurance.

I'm currently still waiting for a resolution on this. Will be waiting for 1 more week before I report this purchase to Paypal.

Love the style of the purse but it is too small for my wallet. Wish it were bigger

The bag looks nice but is poor quality. The clasp is impossible to close if the bag is not full of items. Started fraying after one use. Strap looks cheap.

I have sent a request to get instructions on how to return my purchase and have not been given the instructions yet. I am very dissatisfied and would not recommend your company unless this issue can be resolved. Your policy does state that you do returns/refunds.

Very cheap purse. Did not meet expectations at all.

Service was fine. Any questions I asked were answered promptly politely. It took longer to arrive than I expected.
