Can’t return because they are in England.
Need to know this before you buy.

I love the purse, but it’s a little smaller than I thought. The quality is great, just the size.

Unfortunately, I have not received my purse. Tracking says it was delivered but it was not left in my parcel. When I emailed Oliver & Annis, they simply said to contact USPS. It would have been nice if they would have offered some assistance by contacting USPS. I still do not have my order.

I love the purse I purchased. I just wish it had an outside pocket for my cell phone. My mistake for not noticing this before I purchased. Otherwise I really think it is very classy.

It is very hard to return an item. The quality is very poor and not as depicted in the pictures. They will offer you a percentage of what the item cost to keep it and not return it.

pocketbook is beautiful. love the color! material is awesome.

Still haven’t received. I had no luck contacting UPS. I would just like a refund at this point.

Darling purse, holds way more than it appears it would. Only complaint is the strapping is either plastic of some sort but definitely not nice leather. Cute for summer though!

My husband purchased the Ruby bag for me since I loved the style & design. It was much smaller than it looked - making it unusable. I had no choice but to return it. The company’s return policy is not clearly stated. The first email to Oliver & Annis requesting a return policy resulted in an offer of a 40% discount with the statement “We are a UK based company & customers are responsible for their return shipping fees”. You are left thinking the bag needs to be sent to the UK so rather than send yet another email to request the cost of “shipping fees”, you accept the discount (I believe the bag was shipped from Ohio!). Very disappointing and deceptive! I will never purchase from this company again. Be careful!

Everything worked out! It took longer then expected to arrive. Made me nervous that I was being scammed. And I loved the discount on my next order. I bought a second purse for my sister in law. Quality very good! Love it! Thank you!!

Purse has a structured bottom that was smashed on one side so it's not longer symmetrical which is part of the design appeal.

Service above and beyond. I ordered 2 purses that were the same, just different colors. One came broken and the other perfect. When I wrote to them to request a return, they gave me the credit without asking to return the damaged purse. I of course had to document, which is quite reasonable, that the item was in fact damaged. They responded timely and professionally.

Had an issue and the problem was immediately resolved to my satisfaction.

Quality is excellent. Very happy with handbag.

Horrible quality. My bag came defective. I emailed them to get a refund or even an exchange but I haven't heard back from anyone and this was a month ago. I wouldn't recommend this brand to anyone.
