Compré el Kit bartop arcade Titán con pedestal curvo y puerta en OmniRetro y la experiencia ha sido excelente.
El pedido llegó muy rápido y en perfecto estado. Durante el montaje tuve algunas dudas y contacté con el equipo de atención al cliente: la respuesta fue inmediata, muy amable y con explicaciones claras, lo que hizo que el montaje fuera realmente sencillo, incluso para alguien sin mucha experiencia.
Producto de calidad, buen servicio y atención postventa impecable. Sin duda, 100 % recomendables.

Ok cabinets. Suspicious sticks/buttons without their original box and scratched monitors.
I placed a couple of orders, shipping was pretty fast. The customer service was really helpful. On the other hand, regarding the products: cabinets were ok, relatively easy to mount but not always clear about screws and precise placement of the parts. I would be better to have the u-molding already installed. "Original" japanese buttons and sticks came in plastic bags without the original box and they might as well be chinese copies as far as i know, not good. A dedicated monitor came all covered with micro-scratches despite being wrapped in plastic, it's such a gross and embarassing mistake for a reputable store i almost believe they just thought i was an amateur and sent me some warehouse remnant. Too much of a hassle to return, for the price. A bit sketchy overall, i don't think i would buy again.

We have checked our records and we are unable to locate any order under this name matching the products described (Cabinet + Monitor).
Regarding the technical points mentioned:
1. Packaging: We distribute both "Japanese Style" and 100% Original Sanwa parts. In both cases—and even with European brands like Industrias Lorenzo—stock is received and shipped in industrial bulk format, not in retail boxes. This is the industry standard for manufacturers.
2. U-Molding: These are DIY kits. We do not pre-install the molding because it must be placed after the vinyl artwork to ensure a correct finish. Pre-installing it would hinder the assembly process.
3. Monitor: We exclusively sell brand new products. We do not sell warehouse remnants. Any scratch would be a specific manufacturing defect, not a sign of usage.
If this is a genuine purchase, please forward your Order ID to our support email so we can verify the transaction and address the monitor issue according to our warranty policy.

Lejos de lo esperado, pero tengo mi arcade
Todo lo que envían llega desarmado. Si no sabes como hacerlo (y es difícil), vas a precisar pagarle a alguien (y bastante) para que lo haga (como tuve que hacer yo). Dicen que el envío es muy caro si lo arman (pero nunca me avisaron antes). Comprar lo mismo en China, sale menos de la mitad. A favor de Omniretro, siempre respondieron mis dudas y se preocuparon por tratar de solucionar los inconvenientes. Varias cosas vinieron falladas y las cambiaron sin dudas ni demoras.

Gracias por tu valoración y por destacar la calidad de nuestro servicio postventa y la rapidez en las soluciones.
Respecto al montaje, nos gustaría aclarar para evitar confusiones a futuros clientes que todos nuestros muebles y Megapacks están señalizados en la web como 'Kits'.
Al ser productos voluminosos, se envían así para garantizar su seguridad y evitar costes de transporte desorbitados.
El montaje requiere unos conocimientos básicos de bricolaje, pero precisamente para eso ofrecemos manuales y un soporte técnico continuo que, como comentas, estuvo ahí para ayudarte en todo momento.
Nos alegra que, pese a la dificultad inicial, ya tengas tu arcade 100% operativa y con garantía local. ¡¡A disfrutarla muchísimo!!

Excelente experiencia! Compre un bartop kit con los componentes internos, vinilos y otros accesorios. Muy buena calidad y el kit me llego en tiempo muy bien embalado.
Los recomiendo 100%

Spettacolare ! Ho ordinato un cabinet arcade da costruire e i relativi vinili, sono rimasto stra-soddisfatto di quello che ho ricevuto ! Il pacco era ben imballato ed è arrivato integro, le parti che compongono il cabinato sono di ottima qualità e i vinili sono stampati molto molto bene ! Il processo di acquisto è stato semplice e l'assistenza risponde in tempo record alle domande via chat. Non vedo l'ora di finire questo mio progetto, ho le lacrime agli occhi dalla felicità, mi sembra di essere su una macchina del tempo e di ritornare ai mitici anni 80 ! Grazie, negozio consigliato !
