TERRIBLE. Tracking says it's processing since 17.08. Today is 24.08 and they ask for patience, they don't "aknowledge" the package yet! How long should I wait more...

Simply the worst. I don't understand what those people are doing the entire workday. It takes less time for things to arrive from half way across the world than get delivered WITHIN a CITY (packages are labelled "being processed" for days). Choose ANY other postal company!

Will literally try to steal stuff from your package and then say it was never their responsibility, not even effin joking right now.
Package came cut into pieces,wide open from different angles like it was some shot up bag and parts broken, courier most probably thought it might be worth stealing.
Took two weeks for them to come up with "well you are not our client, so nothing will be done", that's how they settle issues like these, just beware

Very bad service! Likely your package get smashed is very high!

They don't know how to do their job

Truly horrible at managing their workload. Been waiting for parcels for over a week or even ten days when they advertise deliveries within 1-3 days timeframe.

Worse experience ever!!! Send a parcel from Australia to my little sister for Christmas on 2nd of December 2019. Parcel arrived on 10th of December to Tallinn and today is a 6th of January 2020 - she still can’t get her gifts. Paid $$$ for quick delivery. BS service!!! People stay away from them.

The worst postal service I have ever seen. Customer service is a disgrace. I do understand that it is a holiday season and busy busy busy, but come on, packages sit there for days/weeks???

VERY SLOW. Time to deliver anything in city is around 4 days. In one city! Very bad customer service, without any useful information. Don't use it.

Customer service is rude and doesn't even try to help you in any way. The delivery guy had been driving with my parcel for nearly 3 days and the only thing I was told is "We can't do anything just wait until 5PM maybe they'll show up one day".

Didn't received my package. I emailed to the customer service and received an email in Estonian language to address to the local post (without mention any name of the post company).

Omniva is a poor at process optimisation as well as the customer's support.

They lost my parcel in the cost of 6 thousand eur. How can lose bicycle with box? Rip off company

Paid for delivery to adrese, paid for it extra cash and they couldn't deliver it, told us your package is at adrese **** get it yourself.

Horrible uneeffective state-owned company. Never use them, if possible.
