Nul. Acheté il y a trois ans et la batterie est morte.
Pour ce prix on s'attend a mieux!
Le sav se décharge sur une garantie limitée à deux ans, mais moi je considère que c'est un vice caché vu le nombre de retour similaires.

Der Support hat sich nach 2 Tagen bei mir per email gemeldet, was ja Positiv ist. Allerdings habe ich bereits in der email alle relevanten Daten, Seriennummern …vom ICO, mit Kaufbeleg und zu meiner Person gegeben. Da der PH-Sensor falsch misst, habe ich einen Mineraltest gemacht, dies dokumentiert und mitgemailt. Nach mehreren Tagen war das Ergebnis, dass der Ph-Sensor defekt ist. Ich warte schon 3 Wochen auf das Ersatzteil, trotz mittlerweile eines weiteren Schreiben meinerseits, wo das Teil bleibt. Nach einer Woche dieses Schreibens, kam eine Email, an welche Packstation das Teil geschickt werden soll und ich dies dort abholen muss. Meine angegebene Adresse würde völlig ignoriert. Dieser Kundendienst ist unflexibel und miserabel. Vielleicht finde ich bald ein vergleichbares ICO eines anderen Herstellers.

Le produit avait de belles promesses mais malheureusement, je n’ai jamais réussi à faire une saison complète sans que l'ICO ne soit en panne. 5 années d'utilisation. 3 remplacements d'ICO + 2 remplacements de sonde PH. Il est de nouveau en panne cette année !
Il est évident qu’après avoir testé 4 Smart ICO ce ne peut plus être le fruit du hasard : ce produit n'est pas de qualité.
Il me reste un beau thermomètre connecté à 400€ !
Cette année, j’ai eu une proposition commerciale orale pour le remplacement du SMART ICO à 200€, je pense que l’on est mieux à surveiller l’eau moins souvent mais en exploitant des données fiables. Il peut même s'évérer dangereux par les données erronées qu'il indique.

Produkt erst mal ok, nach kurzer Zeit falsche Messwerte. Service ist eine Frechheit. Die wollen scheinbar das man aufgibt und sich was neues kauft.
Nie wieder würde ich etwas von denen wieder kaufen!

Ce produit n’est pas fiable pour son prix de 400€ : j’en ai acheté un en 2021. Après 2 remplacements, le 3ème vient de griller et le SAV refuse de me le remplacer gratuitement car il ne serait plus sous garantie : lol !
Je déconseille fortement.

The Good: This is a brilliant idea. Robust, well engineered plastic device and professional looking probes. The App is well thought out and easy to use. When it works, it is 5 star. Service is polite, thorough
but slow. Bought Nov 2023.

The Bad: Water and electronics (even in a well sealed unit) do not mix. I am on my 3rd replacement in 18 months. The first lost battery life after 3 months and was replaced. The second refused to re-calibrate pH at 11 months. Replacement pH probe. No good. Then new base unit. I took the old unit apart and can confirm that the board is potted to protect it from water and they have removed the on/off switch on the latest version to limit water ingress (now uses a Reed swich and magnet). The lithium battery is exposed with a simple line connector - weak point. Same for the temperature probe. There is a sachet of silica gel in the body. Probably a bit pointless since it has limited absorption capacity. Also calibration kits are expensive at Euro25 for one calibration which is supposed to be done every 6 months.

It maybe needs a redesign with the main unit out of water and a probe unit on a lead into water. The calibration kits should cover at least 4 calibrations for that price.

Would I buy it again? I'd think hard and see if there are any better designs. It really is a great way of monitoring the tub.

Do not buy this product. Poor quality. It broke on me 2 times in 2 years. The first time it was replaced within warranty. The second time they came with no solution. Left me with such an expensive broken device.

Poor battery life for the last 6 months, currently only getting 2 days then the battery dies.

Bought 2 of the Smart Water Pod via Smart Water Care / Hydrolife hot tubs and had trouble with them since day one. The concept is great but their reliability is not good. 1 unit seemed to work well for 6+ months before the PH sensor was giving incorrect readings, bought the calibration kit but the unit would not calibrate.

The other unit was having battery and communication issues from day one and went through no end of emails and calls to try and sort out but just kept getting fobbed off. Eventually got a replacement base unit sent from Josh at Hydrolife and new PH sensor. Changing the PH sensor in the first unit didn’t fix it so used the replacement base to get this one working.
Now the 2nd dodgy unit has started to misread the PH to the point of making the water unsafe to use but getting no help from Ondilo considering that it has been going on for over a year now. Have tried to recalibrate the unit but like he first one it will not calibrate.
Considering that hat the units are £400 each and been having issues for he whole time and results in unsafe water I would not recommend these

The product is great when it's new. But when the battery runs out of power, the problems start. You can't charge the battery back to 100%, and if you're lucky, you'll get 30-40%. The next time you try to charge it, it won't accept any charging. I've had 3 of these now with the same issue. The first time, I was able to exchange it without problems here in Norway, but then the dealer went bankrupt, and I had to contact Ondilo support, which has been very poor. The first time I contacted them, it took 6 months before I received a replacement unit. Now I have the same problem with the new device, and Ondilo's support department isn't responding. It's been about 8 months since I tried to reach them, but they don't reply. I only received a vague email saying they had received my inquiry, and that's where it ends. I ABSOLUTELY cannot recommend this product, nor a company with such poor after-sales/service. Stay far away.

Service hos den er virkelig dårlig.
Jeg har en ICO salt til min spa som er gået i stykker efter 7 mdr. Efter mange mails frem og tilbage vil de så sende en reservedel til mig.
De sagde de ville sende inden for 14 dage. De havde glemt mig så jeg måtte rykke dem. De siger de har sent den 12/12. I dag har vi 27/12 og jeg har stadig ikke modtaget varen. Så det er i hvert fald over 1 mdr uden at kunne bruge ICO salt i min spa.

Laissé 24/24 dans la piscine sans aucun entretien (uniquement enlevé pour la saison hivernale)
Au bout de 3 ans sondes toujours pas recalibré et fonctionnement nickel.
Mesure correcte.
1 rechargement par an en début de saison.

I have have asked for my money back a few times as this product has been nothing but rubbish but have been told I can't get it because I bought it elsewhere. They have replaced certain bits but still not working. Do not buy.

I purchased an Icare hot tub water monitor about 2 years ago. When it would no longer connect with the network I contacted both the retailer we purchased from (hottublady) and ICO support. When they found out the unit was out of warranty they basically told me to pound sand and they could not assist. So while the unit worked fine during the warranty don't expect any assistance after your warranty expires.Its a throw away device with no out of warranty repair service or support offered.

Petit retour d'expérience avec ICO d'ondilo :
Acheté en mai 2021, mise en route satisfaisante, une sonde ph changée sous garantie après quelques mesures farfelues.
Aujourd'hui : sonde ph hs, batterie hs.
Bilan 399€ pour 4 années de mesures.
A vous de juger !

ICO acheté en juillet 2022, déjà 2 changements du bloc principal, et là au moment de le mettre en hivernage, il ne s’allume plus

Don't buy this rubbish. Failed out of the box

Nach einem Monat ist der Akku vom V2 leer und lässt sich auch nicht mehr aufladen. Support absolut unterirdisch, nur Standardtexte und man will immer wieder Videos vom gleichen Problem. 400€ für den Müll, extrem ärgerlich.

Je suis très surpris par les retours négatifs que je constate. J'ai peut-être eu de la chance, mais je suis très content de l'appareil et les quelques soucis que j'ai eus ont été parfaitement pris en charge par le SAV. Il est vrai que l'appareil est cher mais globalement moins que la concurrence. Sous réserve d'un entretien régulier et de contrôles occasionnels par bandelettes test l'appareil est fiable et bien utile.

J’ai acheté un ICO sur l’avis de mon pisciniste en 2022. Ayant toute confiance en cet appareil, j’ai toujours suivi les instructions à la lettre jusqu'au jour où mon liner s'est détendu. Dans un premier temps, j’ai cru que c’était dû à la qualité de la piscine Desjoyaux construite en 2019. Mon pisciniste est arrivé chez moi en faisant des tests et les comparant à l’ICO. Ceci s'est révélé catastrophique : l’ICO vous donne des informations faussées, donc vous ajoutez plus de chlore ou de pH. De ce fait, j’ai demandé un rendez-vous chez ICO pour qu'ils viennent constater, mais ils n’ont jamais répondu. Ils se sont blindés dans leurs conditions de vente, ce qui fait qu’il est impossible de se retourner contre eux. Ce sont pour moi des voleurs et je vous le déconseille vivement. J’ai su aussi qu’ils étaient belges, donc j’ai tout compris. Surtout, n’achetez pas ce produit.
