One Avenue Group レビュー

Great team, always ready to help and excellent customer service! 10/10

After viewing around 10 other sites locally, I chose Dawson House as our base for the past 18 months and I couldn't be happier with the decision. From the moment I stepped into their modern and well-appointed offices, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my transition was seamless, providing personalised support every step of the way.

The facilities at Dawson House are top-notch. The office spaces are beautifully designed, equipped with state-of-the-art technology, and meticulously maintained. Whether I need a quiet space to focus or a collaborative environment to brainstorm with my team, there's always a suitable option available.

One of the standout features of Dawson House is their exceptional customer service. The staff members are friendly, responsive, and always willing to assist with any requests or inquiries. Chloe and her team (Rosie, Elvie, Rebecca) handle everything with efficiency and a smile!

Furthermore, the flexibility offered by One Avenue Group / Dawson House is unparalleled. With customizable lease terms and access to a range of amenities, I have the freedom to scale my business according to its needs without being tied down by long-term commitments.

Overall, I can't recommend Dawson House highly enough. Their dedication to excellence, coupled with their outstanding facilities and customer service, make them the perfect choice for any business looking for a professional and hassle-free workspace solution.

My experience of this establishment was exquisite. The staff are freindly and very welcoming, even treating me to some biscuits and a superb latte.

Could not recommend highly enough, I shall definitely be visiting again soon!

Excellent building and all of the young ladies in the building and at reception are very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic group of young ladies that go above and beyond to cater for all our management needs.

Since moving into the new offices with our business, Alicia and Megan have made our days brighter.

Every morning, it’s a warm welcome and always positive energy.

One avenue has brought a new culture to our days!

The service is extremely friendly and always good to respond

Would recommend to other companies!

I have had the pleasure of working from offices in a number of One Avenue buildings over the last 8 years. My company are currently based in Birchin Court and I can't recommend it enough. The building itself is lovely, with a brilliant location in the City, but what makes this place a pleasure to work from are the caring and attentive staff. Alida and her team will always go above and beyond to help us if we need support. Nothing is ever too much trouble and it genuinely is a five star service with a smile. There is always a fun event or activity going on to brighten up your week. I particularly liked the free festive hot chocolates and mince pies at Christmas time! I would highly recommend One Avenue and Birchin Court as an office provider, my company have remained with them for many years and I believe we will be hard pushed to find anything comparable in London.

What can be said about the Birchin Court team...? Simply a warm ray of light that shines through on a cold winter's day, brightening up even the dullest of Mondays.

Their decorum matches that of their service and the impeccable interior of the building in which we all work. Over the past year, they have elevated our shared meeting rooms, bringing in a level of sophistication and warmth, creating both a peaceful and productive working environment.

Combined with a top-class service, they often host small gatherings and provide tasty treats and snacks that bring their clients together, adding much-needed fuel for a busy schedule ahead.

The team at Birchin Court could not be better, from the initial move in meeting to our everyday hello’s - the team are incredibly welcoming and supportive.

Megan, Alicia, Alida and Lauren could not be a better team, they always go above and beyond to make sure we have whatever we need, as well as the regular morning breakfast treats.

Wouldn’t want to be anywhere else!

Thank you everyone at Birchin Court

Everything you need in a serviced office and more! Great team x

The team at Dawson House are fantastic - always helpful and very supportive of their clients' needs.
The facilities are well thought out and lovely decor - you feel very confident in bringing clients into the space and that they will be impressed!
I would recommend this location and team to anyone looking for a London City base for their business.

Six months into our contract, the onboarding process was great and the team have been very supportive throughout the term. In a different league to a lot of the serviced office providers I've seen, would definitely recommend.

We are now entering our second year with One Avenue Group at Birchin Court.
In the prior decade we had been housed by a different provider and this past year has honestly been a breath of fresh air - the team are unlike anything we have experienced and a complete cut above in terms of professionalism and willingness to assist our business.

We have been working with One Avenue Group for over 6 months now and my team couldn't be happier with the service and business support provided by OAG.
The team at OAG will go above and beyond when we need help and we always feel welcome and part of the family. Thank you for being awesome!

The small gestures go a long way, the treats here and there and the planning of various celebration days by the team make it a very relaxing place to work.

More importantly, the entire team, Megan, Laila, Alida, Lauren & Lisandro make it very easy to get on with your everyday work with the extra effort they put into making your day as easy as possible. They don’t just “check in”, but take a genuine interest in yourself and your business. Very polite, very helpful, very easy to get along with, just an all-round great team!

Thank you all!

We have been at 57 Southwark Street for 2 years now, since the companies inception and the building and staff have become a huge part of us.

Indre, Niamh, Ellie and Mary are always on hand to help wherever they can and go above and beyond to take away any stress of a working day that they can. They are friendly, approachable and will always get answers and resolutions as swiftly as possible.

Facilities are fantastic and the team are always thinking of ways to improve. They have supported us with charity events and work collaboratively on a number of projects. Thoroughly recommend!

Quite regularly people leave reviews of negativity rather than celebrating when people do something great.
The team at 57 Southwark are incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with a smile.

Niamh & Indre have a super quick response time to requests and they genuinely care for all the clients in the building. The office space is always spotless and well-organized, creating a great work environment.

Couldn't recommend the space or the team higher!
Keep it up :)

During my time working as Security supervisor at Birchin court the One Avenue business support team have been a pleasure to have as occupier's. They are a very friendly and polite team that always provides a high level of customer service and dedication to meet their clients needs. The Professionalism of the Centre management lead by Alida Mancera and Lauren Goss radiates throughout the whole team and provides an exceptional client and Visitors experience. Highly recommendable company to purchase office space.

Whenever I am in London, I will always visit Dawson House as I can be guaranteed a warm welcome and unequalled hospitality by the Team. Dawson House is synonymous with luxury and allowing clients like me to work in a professional yet aesthetically beautiful environment. Thank you for making this my go to place in London.
