One Avenue Group レビュー

Very impressed with the facilities and all the staff at Dawson house who's service is excellent! It is a great place to be based and couldn't recommend the office more highly!

I wanted to thank Georgia in reception for all your support (we are demanding). Additionally thanks for always welcoming our executive guests with a smile and positive energy! You may not realise it, but it makes a difference!! Thanks.

WOW! What a change have been working at 42 Upper Berkeley street Meridian House for 10 months now and I have to say since One Avenue have overtaken, what a dramatic change!! Everything from the decor, down to the service has improved. This goes to a special big thanks to Ben, Persiana and the team. A special mention for Lauren, Glacé and Millen who are always on hand to help with anything.

Charles & The GTS team

We currently lease several floors at 57 Southwark Street.

The team are very helpful, always on hand to help and support with any issues/queries we have.

We are a Construction Company and this can be quite stressful and demanding, the staff are always on board to support and make us all feel at ease.

Thank you to all the staff here, always friendly and professional. Great team!

Visited Birchin Court for a meeting with one of the companies I work with and was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome I received from a young lady called Abbie who couldn’t have been more polite and professional if she tried!

Lovely building with great people all round a pleasure to visit.

Thank you to all staff for a pleasant experience

We recently ran a networking and drinks event at Dawson House and it would not have gone so smoothly without the help of Bradley and his team! They were extremely helpful and accommodating while planning the event and on the night. The communication was great, and they helped to tailor the event to be just right - thank you!

Having been a tenant with OneAvenue at Dawson house for around nine months now, I felt it was only right to share what a wonderful experience we have had since moving our 2 businesses into the centre. We have had top notch service from the team here and our staff and I all agree this is perhaps the best office we have ever had.

What really sets One Avenue apart from certain other providers is that the team seem to genuinely care about what they're doing and put in so much effort to ensure the centre runs smoothly, and is kept clean and tidy. Support is always quickly forthcoming, and any queries or problems are resolved promptly. It feels much more like a partnership than merely a business-to-business relationship.

The benefit has been that I can spend my time doing what I actually need to do, and not spend hours worrying about the myriad small details of building management - this is after all why we choose a serviced office. Looking forward to continuing this tenancy for a long time to come

Great offices in a good location. Offices are well maintained and kept very clean. Some really nice attention to detail and the themed days and little touches the team lay on are a very nice and inclusive.
Nothing is too much trouble for the team and they are always very responsive, polite and efficient with us and all our clients.
Absolutely recommend them if you are looking for serviced offices.
Daisy, Lauren and all the team make the building a great space to have an office.

Brilliant offices, great team, and amazing support.

I can't recommend the team any higher. If you are looking for office space in my opinion there is only one place to look.

A great company to have your office with, we have office space in Dawson house, and Serina, Jordan and team have been amazing since we first started here!

If you are looking for office space look no further than this great company, seriously cannot recommend enough.

I am fortunate enough to work for a company that have One Avenue Group as the workspace provider. Hands down the most helpful team who are always willing to go above and beyond with a smile on their face. In particular I would like to mention Lauren and Stevie of Southwark Street - always on hand to help and accommodate my requests at short notice and nothing is ever too much trouble.

Cool office space backed by outstanding service from the helpful staff.

After spending some time at Birchin Court, I have to say the service was impeccable. The smiley faces on the team each morning in business support and reception always made me so welcome.

The building is 5 star all round.
Coral, Hannah & Charlotte - what a great team you lead. Loving the Friday drinks trolly!

Chloe, Paige, Daisy & Abbie - will always go the extra mile, work extra hours and exceed expectations allowing us to work to highest capability. Exactly what any growing business needs.

Anyone looking for office space, if you want to be in a safe pair of hands ask for these guys direct and you'll be headache free.

Our company recently moved into Dawson House at very short notice. Serina, Mia, Jordan, and the rest of the Dawson House team were incredibly helpful in getting us moved in so quickly. The team exceeded our expectations and we are absolutely delighted with our new office space! We are looking forward to working with the Dawson House team during our time here!

I visited Dawson House today for an interview. I was greeted in reception by the lovely Georgia and given a tour by Elle who was so great! The centre is so wonderful and the customer service was incredible. All of the staff had an wonderful attitude and I left with a smile on my face!

Moved to the One Avenue Group on the 1st of July and the team and I, cannot speak highly enough of Chloe and her team. All the staff are excellent and the soft services they provided make you feel part of a community. Couldn't be happier!

After recently moving in to our new Offices at 64 Northrow, the team under Abbey have gone out of their way to be accomodating and helping us to settle in. This is always a daunting time as things can always "go wrong" but it has been "just right". A wonderful team and ethos on the ground. Keep up the good work.

A special mention to the team at North Row consisting of Shae, Abbey, Elvina, Amelia, Marianna, Joanna and Karolina.

They have really made working at North Row a fantastic experience. They are extremely helpful and are also all very genuine and nice people.

I would recommend anybody to come and work at North Row for the impeccable service and great atmosphere to work in.

A special mention to Shae for her spectacular G&T’s.
