Dan was extremely helpful in resolving my issues.

In November 2023 I signed up for Onebill cloud phone system. I still haven't had a working phone system , been able to cancel the contract , haven't refunded the DD payments they have taken for a service we didn't receive . Have emailed several times and still waiting for a response . I have never dealt with a company as incompetent as this one . Avoid at all costs

Thanks to Ryan at XLN Tech Support for his help in getting the 1571 answering service to operate on the correct line and for resolving a Call Waiting issue. Also for providing clear instructions on what had to be done at our end to get the system reconfigured.

Been with this company for my business for a number of years now and had no issues. So what’s wrong? My contract has run out and I cannot for my life of me get in touch with the sales team to renew! Three weeks later (20 plus call hours) I had a break through and I spoke to customer services. The lovely polite lady assured me that someone would ring me within a couple of days. Ten days later no call back! So for the last 3 payments have been over £80 for a contract that was just over £30 because it’s out of contract!!
One phone line, no outbound calls and broadband. This is how you put a small business out of business!
Shocking unethical behaviour- I can’t cancel or renew because I can’t get through to sort it!!

Sylvanus was the first and only person from xln that knew what was going on and how to sort it out. Must have spent upto 4 hours on the phone on different times and was getting no where. This guy needs to be promoted as he seems to know what he's doing with lovely mannerisms.

Forlan in the Tech Department was absolutely fantastic! Very knowledgeable and, very importantly, very patient. We wish there were more people like him in the Company as we have found other departments severely lacking.

Morons, had a bloke call me to tell me I was wasting company money without even bothering to find out
a) What I was using
b) What I needed
c) Any info other than that I have 'Broadband'

Got the hump and hung up when I told him I wasn't wasting money and wouldn't buy their crappy system.

Omar was very polite friendly and efficient giving me a happy experience so I am a happy customer.

I wish to add that Leo was also a very fantastic uplifting person when dealing me with me previously the last time I called

Omar was very helpful but it took around an hour on the phone to get to him.

Exceptionally arrogant, disgraceful customer service.
Left them after contract ended over a year ago. They they want me to keep paying no longer providing any services.
Complete bunch of scammers.

In the course of transferring my land line to digital, my number was incorrectly changed. It has been frustrating waiting for someone to answer the freephone numbers but this morning the phone was answered swiftly, apologies given and my old line restored within a few minutes. Also given another direct number should should I need further assistance. My overall comment, switching phones over is difficult enough, there should be more clarity about how to get help!
