I returned their call and wasn’t looking to use them and then was provided with terrible customer service. When I started to question I was asked if there was a problem Rude and arrogant.
Since I wrote this review I have had the manager reach out to me to apologize and try to help. I do not need to use this company but I am bumping the review based on his efforts. I can’t imagine the company being successful if they were all like the original person I spoke with.

My first conversation was with a man named peter , He asked me a few questions and said that I qualified for a loan. Then he told me to hold on for a couple seconds and transferred Me too me to Lexington Law. After that conversation I never received any more information or emails or phone call from Peter, I tried contacting back and no one is getting back to me. There is no follow through but the customer service is good. All I wanted to know is what’s the next step or what’s going on not nothing at all and pawn a law firm on me to purchase credit repair.

Very Great Representative & very curtious & Respectful. He did a very Great job @ his work.

James helped me in a wonderful way. He really tried to get this process
working. He deserves an A+. James really went out of his way to help me.

One loan place salesman was excellent but unfortunately I didn't get a loan. But I do him five stars for sure!!

James was incredible!! i had some IT type issues plus a poor phone connection. He was still able to walk me through the process. I wish i could give him a 10 star rating.

I was referred to them through another company because I wanted a loan. I know my credit isn't great but it's not terrible. I had the page pop up that said to call to finalize your loan. I called and was asked to buy credit repair services to remove my bankruptcy, one other negative item and some hard inquiries. I explained that I had attempted a credit repair service years ago with no success in removing the bankruptcy and I wasn't looking to waste any money in that department. Then I was told I have late payments, which isn't true, I monitor my credit monthly because I had an issue with identity theft. I fixed that on my own and have been working to rebuild my credit after that. Unfortunately whomever I spoke with only was concerned about selling the program and when I wasn't going for it I was hung up on. My email used started with kikisotherstuff if the company cares to look it up.

My review with Robyn has been fantastic. She calls and follows up like she says , she keeps me informed with email and always me aware when she will be away for something. She deserves more than 5stars she should get a 10 hand down .. if everyone I talk to where as nice and polite and professional as she has been , it would be awesome. But not everyone can be that way and you should be proud to have her on your team.. THANKS ROBYN KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK YOUR FANTASTIC...

I have communicated with James who has been extremely helpful and provided exceptional customer service!! I unfortunately have sucky credit therefore I haven’t been able to find a loan as of yet but James has been great with helping me find other solutions! Thank you for all your help James you rock!
