Courteous and friendly representative.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with this company. I originally applied online for a personal loan and it told me to call to finish my application so I did and I gave the gentleman who answered the phone SIM information and he told me that I would have several when options available and that he would email them to me from his personal email for me to read bill and then he transferred me to Lexington Law Firm and I agree to their service and paid them expecting to have money in a few days to replace it. Well I got two emails from One loan place website nobody in particular and the offers I was denied for both of them and then they transferred me to companies I've been denied for in the past! They had my hopes up so high because I've been trying to get a loan for months and I can't because of my credit and I really thought they were going to be able to help me but it's not looking so bright now.

UPDATE:
After speaking with James of One Loan Place and explaining to him exactly what happened, he apologized for me being misinformed and insured me that he would make sure the issue was handled. After speaking with Lexington Law, I now have the information I need to take care of disputing the identity theft and fraud myself and have been able to take the necessary steps to get my identity and credit cleared up. James has kept in contact with me to see how things are going, even though I'm not a customer of theirs which I think says alot!

My conversation with THE AWESOMELY GREAT "MADAME ROBYN PATRICK" was phenomenally successful!!. She uses her career as a platform for ENCOURAGING customers to face their fears, and utilize this help and opportunities affored them. I am FOREVER grateful

The gentleman I spoke with was very pleasant and very honest.

Robyn was helpful and explained things well. She spoke clearly and slowly so I could understand what she was saying.

Made the process very easy so far. Robin (I think was her name) was very polite and helpful. I appreciate people who enjoy their job. It’s easy to tell the ones who do, and she was one of them. Thank you!

I'm trying for the small business loan 1 to get to little ticks out of satisfy record and two to keep my business running I haven't got a bunch of credit that I do have is in rears because of two cases of one's DirecTV I never had and the other was so loan company was in collections but came back out that was supposed to help me with my credit pull everything back up other than that I paid my bills and I apologize and I just need some help and I promise you to pay the song back within 36 bus
