Hello Lucy,

We checked the tracking for your recent order and it indicates your order was delivered 4 days ago, May 24th.

We do not see any record of you contacting our support team about a missing or late order. We can see your order was shipped the same day it was placed, unfortunately once a package leaves our facility we have limited control over what happens, however if our support team is made aware of the situation they can work with the carrier to resolve these types of issues.

We're sorry that you experienced problems with your SIM, what were the problems specifically? Did you reach out to our Support Team for assistance?

We take extra measures to promote security and our credit card authorization form is one of those measures. We do offer other options to verify your credit card if you are not comfortable filling out the authorization form. You can add funds through your 1Sim Fund using Bitcoin, Visa, MasterCard and AmEx enrolled in the credit card security programs.

If you have any questions or concerns about payment please contact our Customer Support Team who would be happy to assist you.

Thank you for your review. We're sorry you did not find our services to be cost-effective. We are a "pay as you go" service so how much you spend depends entirely on how much you use the service. We also offer Data, Voice and SMS packages for periods of time when you expect more use than normal, we are curious if you took advantage of these options?

Thank you for your review. We apologize for your negative experience and understand your frustration.
While diagnosing your issue we saw that you were able to receive our test SMS almost immediately, while Bank of America codes were coming in delayed, this is what led us to believe the problem was associated with Bank of Americas platform.
Once we saw that more customers had similar issues we worked with our numbering provider to troubleshoot the issue.
We learned more recently that this issue is industry-wide, and anticipate having these numbers working again in the very near future.
As mentioned this issue is industry-wide and all virtual numbering providers are going through the same registration process as us, however if you would like a refund you can always reach out to our support team.

This is probably not the best place to provide Customer Support. Are you suggesting that the device isn't accepting the QR code? The best thing to do is to log a trouble ticket with Support here:

Our support is available from 8-midnight today (Eastern USA Time, UTC-4). If your device is eSIM capable and it is unlocked by your service provider back home, I am certain we can help you. When you log your ticket please supply the model of your phone and the version (in the about menu in settings). Also, who your service provider is back home/where you bought the phone.
