Items 4 weeks late with poor customer service.
However once products arrived they are of very good quality.
Only after leaving a very poor review did they get back to me and resend the items, as royal mail had clearly misplaced the delivery.

When I first started my beard journey 2 years ago I found and started using oils, balms and butters from One Society. Their products are amazing, perfect consistency and texture, scents are gorgeous and overall feels great for your beard and skin. I didnât get what I ordered fragrance wise Iv tried to contact them through email but no reply which is a-shame as I like to resolve any problems before reviewing but sadly I just not order from them again this review is based on the fact they didnât contact me back although I havenât used the product as I donât like the fragrance.
