Excellent service and the staff were extremely helpful and professional. My vehicle and the hire vehicle were both picked up and dropped off right to my front door. The communication throughout the process was fantastic. I would highly recommend!

My car was hit when it was parked and unattended, from the moment I dealt with On Hire nothing was too much trouble. I off hired as I was going on holiday and as soon as I returned a new hire car was promptly delivered. Service has been fantastic and it has taken all of the stress and worry out of the situation. I had my Skoda damaged in a Lidl car park, no witness only my wife in the car when the driver of the vehicle who bumped me drove off, i called Winn's as they deal with none fault claims and they assist very professionally liaising with Lidl and obtaining CCTV footage and tracking down the vehicle that caused the damage to my car, from there on the claim went very quick and at no costs to me, a hire car also provided which was brilliant, great communication also and repaired perfectly by the garage they sent me to Gillibrand in Blackburn, overall extremely happy

Fraudulent Company alongside Winn Solicitors! I cry every day! They forced me to take a hire, promised I will not pay and for a standard bmw 320 they charged £400 (plus additional charges) per day. The hire cost for under a month was £15,000. Third party wonât pay and now they taking the money from me. I have now lost my house, and Iâm going through a divorce because of Winn and On Hire. Please donât make the same mistake I made by using Winn Solicitors.

ðš Caught in a Credit Hire Trap â My Experience with OnHire ðš
I never thought Iâd be writing this, but my experience with OnHire has been a nightmare. I hope sharing my story helps others avoid the same trap.
ð What Happened?
⢠In May 2024, after a non-fault accident, my insurer referred me to Winn Solicitors, who arranged a replacement vehicle through OnHire.
⢠I was never told that this was a credit hire agreement or that I could be personally liable for the costs.
⢠Later, I found out that a contract had been signed in my nameâwithout my knowledge or consent! ðš
⢠The actual rental cost from Enterprise was £900 for 14 days, but OnHire billed the third-party insurer over £9,000 under a credit hire claim!
⢠The forged documents in my name showed an 80-day rental at over £400 per day, even though I never agreed to it!
â ïž What They Didnât Tell Me:
1ïžâ£ The rental charges are extremely high, much more than standard rental companies.
2ïžâ£ If the third-party insurer refuses to pay, I could be personally liable for thousands of pounds!
3ïžâ£ I never agreed to any contract, but my name and signature appeared on multiple agreements.

What can I say about this fraudulent company
along with Winn solicitors. I phoned up marshmallow insurance company after a accident which was 100% the other parties admitted liability and someone told me I must hire a car or I will lose my option to hire one later they kept putting me on to different people. As I was no well at that time going through chemo I wasnât 100% but they just kept talking. They said i signed a contract with them. But signature on the contract was not mine. They work with Winns Solicitors to intimidate and commit fraud. They are sueing me for 50k for a month's car hire I never had. I can't wait for court and a fraud team to close these people down. Partner admitted a slight accident with a neighbours vehicle who may I add parked outside my house when he had off road parking facilities (I'm sure his policy doesn't state on street parking overnight when purchasing) he had a courtesy car from you less than 4 weeks and cost was 7.3k ? Repair was 4.5k it was a broken reg plate and grill nothing else car was in fine working order otherwise quote he had was 1.4k but we proceeded through insurance now being taken to court for 15k through sister company Winn Solicitors. No insurance would pay out that in their right mind . Frauds through and through you should be ashamed of yourselves. This is going to Martin Lewis , Daily Mail and whoever I can write to. The Sister Company to WINN, complete Ambulance chasers!!!! Where to start, please read other comments, I wish I had! How low can a company be, to have a staff member google where you are, and 'assume' the hospital close to you is where you attend for your medical condition. when most Doctors have never heard of my condition. The bodywork company they initally chose had to be changed as they wouldn't return the vehicle to me......Odd how I, being disabled, couldn't get a call back from them or one of thier sister companies to arrange if the hire car could be returned at a different branch at no cost!!!!!
Didn't have a clue what was going on, everytime they called to update me, I was updating them!!!!
Still awaiting refund of the reinburstment of cost I was out to pick up my vehicle, also callbacks and copies of emails that were apprantly sent to me!!!
