It is over a week and I am still waiting my delivery
It is not pool chemicals fault but DPD who have failed to deliver on 3 occasions

OPC is a friendly group always willing to help with an order and to provide advice concerning pool management and use of chemicals. This latter point is so important for users. It provides very useful experienced data to give background information to product descriptions which are often quite basic.
Thw web site is easy to understand and to navigate. Progression is as expected and straightforward.

The delivery driver responded excellently to a wriiten instruction to leave boxes in garage. He noted where last year's supplies were stored and atacked the delivery nearby. It may seem a small point but it eliminated the need to haul heavy boxes about.

Easy website to use, items correct and low priced. Delivery longer than most companies but as I was not in a hurry it was ok. Main advantage cheaper than other companies. The chlorine was as standard but the winterised is non copper and very effective. 2nd year of using it.
