Ordered multiple items

Ordered multiple items, 1 item missing upon delivery. Have emailed to ask it be looked into, no response.
The items that did arrive, got to admit I am Extremely happy with, were well packaged, arrived in perfect condition. Now am left in an awkward position of a friend wants me to place an order for him, yet not sure if items will be missing again.

Highly dissatisfied

It's been close to a month since I ordered. Still no products!
There has not been a refund yet for a product you did not have anymore.
Very disappointed and will not be ordering from here again.
