I had ordered 2 pairs of Loafers. Arrived yesterday. They are true to size ( Mine is US 12) and wide enough for people who feel not very comfortable with regular width.
I love my shoes and I will order again soon.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to purchase my shoes since they wouldn’t come in time but the customer service made my experience so much better. They are extremely helpful and reply back a quickly as they can regarding my refund! I will be back to shop whenever I can for sure.

I love onlymaker. I'm a transgender woman and the shoes are very comfortable for the foot of a woman of my life experience. they're sturdy, a bit pricey, but overall a buy that I never regret. i love the shoes and they're always trendy! i do have a wider foot so I definitely don't recommend any close toed shoe for anyone wondering, but I would recommend an open toe shoe.

The shoes are great and very affordable for its quality. The sizing is very accurate so it’s doesn’t have to be a problem to order and the customer service is really good also responsive.

I asked for a refund after cancelling an order and they gave me the money back within a couple of days. The service was excellent, and since I placed orders before, I can conform that shoe quality is spectacular.
