Shoes look great and get responses quickly. Only downside is how long they take to make and ship. Definitely pre plan.

Ordered the wrong size. I emailed to change it, and they responded almost immediately and fixed my order.

A representative of Onlymaker contacted me with a concern about the size ordered and it was quickly determined the wrong size had been ordered. Onlymaker was good enough to correct the sizing issue and proced with the order. Great customer service in inquiring about sizing. Well done.

I have ordered from them before and when I say I love my shoes....I love them! Perfect fit! The delivery is ok aswell. And the customer service is pretty good they respond in great timing also did the changes I asked with no problem at all. Like the company very much. Keep up the good work!

It is impossible to exchange items that are the wrong size. Even if the request is perfectly reasonable, e.g. from size 8 to size 9.

Had mistakingly chose the wrong size boot. All it took to correct the order was a simple email. It was quick and without fuss. Well done Onlymaker!

The sizes are way too big, it takes weeks for your item to arrive, then it has poor customer service. If you want to exchange it, you have to pay for the return costs yourself, which also takes weeks. In short, it took almost 3 months and then suddenly the wrong size arrived. The delivery guarantee is over and there is no response from customer service anymore. Cheap stuff from China that costs you expensive dollars and euros. Don't order from there.

I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size of shoes for myself. I received an email to confirm the size or request a different size. I have a few pairs of shoes already, and could not be happier with them and the customer service.

I love this brand so much! I’m a man and a little bit of a bigger person, and the shoes I order are never too tight, never too uncomfortable and never too small, they also support me and my body weight so so well!!!

Awesome customer service. They reached out to me regarding the size I originally ordered (I accidentally made a mistake with the size) because it was not a typical size. Thanks to them I'll be getting the correct size!

I have bought several pairs of shoes from Onlymaker and their products are very good. However, back in September I purchased three pairs of shoes from them. I still haven’t received them. They are now using a courier company called SpeedX who have a dreadful reputation. I contacted Onlymaker for assistance for which I received very little assistance. I love their shoes but I won’t pay for fresh air. I’m not going to buy anything else from Onlymaker.

Die Größentabelle von Onlymaker ist falsch, deshalb musste ich die Stiefel zurücksenden. Die Rücksendekosten durfte ich bezahlen. Und die ursprünglichen Versandkosten dürfte ich dann auch noch bezahlen ,weil sie nicht erstattet wurden. Dieses Verhalten ist fragwürdig . Ich glaube nicht dass das so rechtens ist.
Onlymaker kann man nicht weiterempfehlen.
