I was really forward to receive these heels I had been saving up for a while but due to some family issues, I had to cancel my order and ask for a refund as I was in need of the funds. Onlymaker were very prompt with their response and actioned everything that was asked in a timely manner. I look forward to shopping with them in the future.

I absolutely love OM!!! I accidentally typed in the wrong email and so I never got a confirmation email. So I emailed them and they quickly responded and were very helpful in rectifying the situation and processed my order as such!!! Thank you so much for all your help and I can’t wait to be walking around in my new OnlyMaker Thigh High Cowboy boots ❤️ THE BEST!

I had to change the size after I ordered. They were kind and helpful and this was no problem. The shoes are amazing! Just as pictured!
Sizing seems to run about 1 1/2- 2 sizes smaller fyi, so adjust accordingly. Otherwise, very good!

Hi! I had a wonderful experience with Only Maker! For 1, this is one of the very few websites that carry CUTE extended sizes! I am very grateful. And for 2, when I was unsure of the size I should get, they were very helpful and changed my order to the size I settled on, they responded rapidly and gave me no hassle. I'm very grateful and I will be a frequent shopper here!

I made an error in selecting my shoe size, which they promptly identified. I was both surprised and appreciative of the email they sent, allowing me to rectify the mistake. Their shoes consistently exhibit excellent quality and are delivered swiftly. However, I wish they provided discounts for frequent customers, as loyal patrons deserve to feel valued on occasion.

Pleasantly surprised when my shoes arrived, they were actually ahead of schedule, and the workmanship and attention to detail was astounding. We are talking about what would be a fairly low cost product, with average expected quality...yes they were priced low, but wow was the product impressive. They must have very strict quality control, as there was no sign of blemish or irregularity anywhere. They fit perfectly, and materials are beautiful. Packaging was nice, and just before they began to construct the shoes I received an email to verify the sizing details wanted. Now when I look at their product line, there's a different feeling about what to expect. The product was better than the expected result. I will definitely be returning soon for other purchases.

Absolutely amazing!! The customer service team is incredible! I made an error and messaged them and right away it was fixed. The quality of the boots I’ve ordered are incredible. I’d recommend this site to everyone!
