My wife and I recently purchased our first house. We were skeptical about solicitors as we had no idea where to look. My wife found these guys and for the price, we thought we'd give it a go. Our first contact was with Paula Hills. She was so good to deal with. Very organised, kind and mild. Not in a rush to get you off the phone and happy to answer questions. I couldn't recommend them.

As a first time buyer it's a daunting experience buying your first house especially when you hear so many horror stories of solicitors but I couldn't fault ONP at all and Niall Brooks our conveyancer was brilliant. Their app kept us updated on every step of the process and Niall always responded to any queries I had within an hour or two of raising them. Very professional service from initial conversation to house completion. Won't hesitate to recommend or use their services in future 10/10

Very impressed with ONP, especially Laura Shaw, who was an extremely reliable, diligent, and communicative solicitor to work with. A lot of the stress around conveyancing can be due to unresponsive solicitors, but I certainly didn't experience that here. The modern platform kept me updated at each stage of the process, and Laura was always easy to get hold of and willing to answer my queries promptly. She certainly put my mind at ease. The fees they charge are also very reasonable for the level of service. I heartily recommend them, and will definitely use them again myself when I buy/sell my next property.
