We had a genuinely great experience with ONP Solicitors from start to finish. From the moment we instructed them for both the sale and purchase of our home, everything felt smooth, well managed, and stress free.

Our case was primarily handled by Scott Dickinson and Andriy Stasiuk, who were both thorough, efficient, and consistently on top of things. Communication was clear throughout, and it was always easy to get in touch when needed. The app was also very user-friendly, which made tracking progress and completing tasks simple and convenient.

What really stood out was that we never felt like just another number. The service felt personal, and there was a genuine sense that our case was being carefully looked after. Even other staff members we interacted with, such as Jake Berriman (although briefly), were polite, professional, and reassuring.

Overall, a seamless experience from beginning to end. We would highly recommend ONP Solicitors to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient conveyancing service.

I carried out a lot of research before choosing the right lawyers for conveyancing, good communication was one of the principle actions I was seeking along with a lawyer who has in depth knowledge and Rebecca Timmins did just that, a professional, articulate, and thorough lawyer who we could not ask more of during our 17 week conveyancing on an old rural property in Cornwall. we highly recommend On point and Rebecca should you need their services

Considering the fact that everyone told me it'll be one of the most stressful purchases of my life, I can't say it was. Everything was dealt with in a very timely manner, the house purchase took only 2.5 months and everything was handled without me having to do almost anything(besides signing some documents). Our case handler Nighat Akhtar was very responsive, professional and friendly at all times. Highly recommend the service to anyone looking for a property solicitor.

I had a straight forward house sale with no onward chain. The process was simple and convenient using the mobile app. I would have given 5 stars however, on my completion date, the sale funds were not automatically credited to my bank account, and I had to wait until the next day to receive them, despite calling the office 3 times. I was told that because ‘it was a large some of money, it took longer to transfer’ (which is nonsense). This was really disappointing having to ‘wait’ for my funds to hit my bank the following day, after the new owner had ownership the day before!

I have been with OnPoint for the sale and a purchase of a property before and they have been consistently brilliant each time. This particular purchase took well over a year across two different properties and the process was still made simple and effective despite the challenges that were presented. Nancy's efforts in particular have been outstanding and her communication provided constant reassurance for us as purchasers. We appreciate the difficulty to find a good solicitor but the app coupled with brilliant staff at OnPoint made the whole process a positive one. Thanks again.

Communication. Paul is on the ball and the communication was endless no time was I not looked after. I had Mark Grundy to handle a conveyancing. Price was excellent and after an initial issue with trying to upload a couple of documents, everything ran on wheels. Mark kept me updated through the app and responded to queries quickly. 10/10 and I would definitely use again.
