I'm a valid customer. I ordered food tonight usually tasty but tonight was disgusting. Rang them they did they had no record of delivery

The food was delicious, it was nice and spicy to my liking and the service was great! Would definitely recommend

I ordered through Ubereats. I ordered 2 box meals, I was sent a totally different order number even tho the bag had been ticked as checked so obviously hadn't! I do not eat meat & was sent chicken boxes which meant someone else received my paneer order. I called the shop but they wouldn't deliver me my correct order, i cannot get out due to spinal issues to pick it up.
Ubereats only refunded me half the price it cost me plus I had service charges etc on top. I was saying they needed to refund the full amount but they ended the chat with me!
So I have been left without food & out of pocket! Total incompetence. I will never order from these again nor use uber, absolutely disgusting service!
UPDATE
The store manager called me & apologised for the error & resent my order to me. Had someone checked this order the mistake wouldn't have happened, hopefully they will not do this again. Thanks Oodleswok for the reply.

I bought a create your own box meal. (First time im ordering from here) So it stands to reason that what i receive was of my choosing but the food was cold. Nothing like the pictures on the site. Everything was drenched in hot spicy sauce making it inedible. The chips the rice and crispy chicken were supposed to be dry. The only dish that should have sauce on it was the Malaysian chicken but it looks like they decided to drench the whole order in hot sauce. I took one bite and had a severe chocking fit. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Plus it tasted stale probably why they drenched it in all that sauce. I've had no choice but to throw it in the bin.

Ordered kids meals, was given plain noodles with what looked like chicken nuggets. I ordered sweet and sour chicken? This looked like the chicken bites. My paneer was not cooked and not the same as when I’ve ordered previously. Awful. How can you give plain noodles as a meal? Tried calling restaurant but no answer. Will not order from them again.

Update. After 2 weeks received a reply. I emailed the below email address. Response was apology and we hope you’ll order from us again. No recognition that they got the order wrong. I will not order from you again.

Don't know what these one star reviews are about. As the portion are just right and too big in some cases. My kids feel happy with their portions too.. however my daughter chooses to go for value box as she prefers spicy food.. Alum Rock Rd is the one we go to and they are great.. I don't know about spiking food as it is an open kitchen so you see how they prepare your food (unless they spike with with some MSG haaiyaaa).. Sohail serves us normally and there is no smirking instead there is a friendly smile and chat.. maybe these are fan of their competition who are giving bad reviewss..anyway try it for yourself.. quick and easy food..

Delivery was a bit slow but the food was excellent, will order again

The food here is way overpriced for what you get. The portions are incredibly small—even the kids’ meals barely satisfy a child’s appetite. We left still hungry and feeling like we didn’t get our money’s worth. Definitely not ideal for families looking for value.

Awful place. My delivery was over an hour late. my orders got mixed up. Portions are absolutely tiny! I've ordered a make your own box and the box was smaller than my hand. Dont waste your time and money. There are better places to eat.

Ordered on uber eats with a buy one get one free promotion. The store did not honor the promotion and when I called they were rude and abusive.
DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM!!!

Went to buy 2 wraps from the store in Walthamstow and was not pleased.

Looks lovely on the pictures but the food was mid!

The people preparing it were not wearing gloves and changing from touching something to the next and not once washed their hands.
Even the lady doing the order was wearing a hair net but her whole hair was out of it so it defected the purpose.

Nearly £30 quid for soggy food stuffed into boxes basically make some noodles get some Iceland tiny spring rolls and some form of coated little chicken little pieces and some coated fry’s and you will have a 100% better meal than this and all for under a £fiver…..my order was for adult and child for 30 quid buying same from Iceland would feed a good 4 people for under a fiver don’t waste your money or believe the reviews

This place is HORRIFIC! Please NEVER order from here and don't be fooled by the pictures online as this establishment when researched is now under new management who have ruined the the great reputation it once had. Ordered and paid over £35 for food that I wouldn't serve to my dog. Boiled meat in red water sauce, It all went in the bin. When I rang to complain they told me 1. to place the water sauce in a pan and thicken it and 2. they would refund £19.00 to my account and had taken my bank details. They HAVE NOT REFUNDED ME, this was over x4 weeks ago. They obviously thought I would forget! Please do not waste your money!! I have never left a bad review in my life and I'm 40yrs of age. Terrible!!!!!

Uber Eats & Oodles have just taken over £27 from me and have not received any food.

These fast food outlets take hours to deliver and when the food is cancelled they take your money and you don’t get refund by Uber Eats.

I cannot stand companies that do this to unsuspecting customers it’s disgraceful.

Didn’t receive half of my order. Won’t be ordering again. All food came cold.

One of the most disappointing meals I had in a while. First of all, the create your own box allows you to chose 2 bases and 2 meats - separately. So you would assume they would be separated somehow to mix and match, right? Wrong. Rice, noodles and two types of chicken all mushed together in one box. Looked disgusting and tasted not much better. Soggy and mushy for one. Also, I ordered black bean chicken as it was one of few items not marked with a chilli next to it. I don't do spices due to stomach issues. The entire contents were overly spicy, I could not eat it at all. And even the small amount I tried gave me heartburn. Probably over spice it to hide poor food quality. Also forgot my drink. Unsure whether it really was the driver or the restaurant. Safe to say I will not be back.
