The most recent Oodle behaviour

I did call on 7th Dec and I spoke with advisor that I am going to pay some partial payments now and the advisor said that due to the worse weather they are working form home so they not able to do it now but i can pay on Monday . I did call on Monday and I paid as usual they hold the money on the same time and I asked plz from her plz inform me regarding partical payment and rebate. She said to me they must inform me till tomorrow morning as they are transferring to the further team I did wait all day that shea said and next day i did call back on next day then she said to me she will do pass the partial now as the last time not done and we inform you Tomorrow.

Not had a call then again I did call her again the next day for partial and rebeat. She showed me the balance but said your rebeat is not process till now so we do once we got the confirmation. Today is the 19 of Dec and I do not have any kind of information and no email as they did promise me .

If do call and ask them then they say its a process.
My complaint is that when we do the partial they hold payment on same time when they give the rebeat whenever they do the process. And that there advisor also confirmed that yes it's goes like that.
They always want to call them and no more . I did request for my stament and I received after 3 to 5 calls .

Or if u try to ask they just simply say oh sorry, apologies and no more. They not consider that every day effect in the rebeat but they do like that all the time.

Am So tired, disappointed and in a good stress not only financially , mentally because of them.

All the time explain and explain but they go as they want and save our team.

I strongly not recommend this to any person whi think to get the loan from them.

I’ve ordered from oodles before and I find it very quality for the price I will be ordering again .

Never order from this restaurant as a take away through Deliveroo or Uber eats or any other third party company. The staff are rude and consistently miss the items. They then blame the driver.

Ordered on Just eat at 6:15pm the food was due to arrive at 7:05-7:25pm. No updates from the restaurant or on the just eat app. I checked and it said the food was ordered then I checked after 5 minutes it said the food was delivered. I called the restaurant 1.5 hours after order was placed to ask where my food was. The employee said there was a shortage of drivers, he put me through to the manager who said the bag ripped and they had to remake the order and it should be with me at 8pm. Waited till 8:15pm and took me a few minutes to get through to the restaurant, the employee said he couldn’t hear me and cut the call, another few minutes on the waiting line and I get through to the manager. He said that there were issues. I asked about a refund and he said that it was up to Just eat to offer one. I explained had he told me 2.5 hours ago when I placed the order there would be a delay I would’ve not ordered or sorted out other food. Poor communication from just eat, the restaurant and now just eat telling me they won’t refund me, they didn’t even sound remorseful. Eventually got my food at 8:45pm on the just eat app it states the food was delivered at 7:40pm. I will not be ordering from them again. Ridiculous making a pregnant woman wait 2 hours for food.

I am so impressed with Oodles’s in milkstone Road Rochdale the service is excellent. I placed the order and was told to collect in 20 minutes when I got there it was ready. It’s great to buy food from there. The team at work and myself have it once a week. The food is well prepared and fresh. Keep it up guy great job Anthony

Ordered via the Oodles app for delivery. The app was simple to use, there's a super range of options to choose from, the food was delivered at the requested time and tasted fantastic! Will defo order again

The staff was lovely and the food was delicious 10/10 experience

Paid £16 for a meal, just eat stated it was delivered but when I rung them up they said they couldn't deliver and to claim my money back through just eat. Just eat refused to refund me so I paid £16 for no food. Oodles didn't see a problem with this

On entry to the restaurant the hostess offered us a table at the back, but we wanted to sit by the front window and they were hospitable to give us a table of 6 for 4 of us. Ordered starters and main course plus drinks.

Starters were presented at its best. Very attractive and excellent presentation. The dynamite shrimps were OK and not the best done as the salad was so watery that I had to drain into a side plate. The shrimps were not crispy and the watery sauce made it a bit runny in taste and texture. Excellent presentation.

Starters - Chicken strips were excellent in taste and excellent in presentation. 5 Star.

Soup - Seafood Tom Yam was presented in a generous portion bowl. Presentation was excellent. Soup tasted like water without any punch in any flavors. We were lost for taste. It was sipping onto coloured hot water. Asked the waiter for assistance and after addressing how bad the soup was and we were not happy. She just nodded her head and walked away. There was absolutely waste of time to employe a waiting staff to take orders and someone else dropping off food..more of a factory style.

The Main course Noodles and fried rice was presented well and good generous portion size. Taste was also very good.

Drinks ordered was Sprite and the staff got us a Sprite zero sugar, which when asked to change was reluctant and said we only have this drink. My child had to agree for a coke...which he was not very happy to drink.

The ambiance was excellent and the seating was good. But the management needs to see if they can retrain their kitchen staff what food is from what country and how it's made. Even give a taster session for them, so they can best describe that the soup tastes like water and they can give adequate feedback to their chef, instead of us guests who have to pay for something that is rubbish.
Overall experience was very poor.

I went to oddles and noodles yesterday, had a delicious meal.
We were served by a lovely young waitress called Tahiti, she was exceptional, she looked after our every need, we were really happy with her service. Nothing was too much trouble and she looked after us with a smile.
Can’t wait to go back

Tried this place out for £4 on the 'Too Good To Go' App. Have been back lots of times since ,(with my cheap ass,lol). Meat is always tender and the mini spring rolls are great. Lady always smiles when handing me my food, which I appreciate.

First and last time eating from here I ordered a build my own box 4 different dishes rammed into a small box so when I opened it there was a soggy mess it tasted as bad as it looked what a waste of time and money

This is worse Restaurant to order any Chinese food. The portion is so small for 17£. The rice taste bland.

Food was delivered with no cutlery, no tissue. It’s very despicable

The Uber eat testify to it that this is the wrong place to order food. Never trying it again.

1 star cos it won’t allow negative feedback. -5 star in my book

I just ordered takeaway from your restaurant, hoping for a nice Chinese meal, but what I got was far from it. The food was absolutely atrocious. It all smelled so bad that I had to throw everything straight in the bin. The so-called “Chinese” dishes were unrecognisable, and the chips were a soggy mess. I ended up having to get my family another dinner because no one could stomach even a bite.

I honestly believe this place should be shut down. Save your money and stay clear of this place!

Not Chinese food whatsoever. Chips were soggy and cold
Charged 5pound for delivery . Food was awful just full of spice. The boxes of food are tiny portions that wouldn't fill a child up

Terrible food terrible flavours and money binned. Ordered a f ew boxes of noodles and opted for the new fish option and it was beyond terrible, foul smell of all the meat and fish and most of it had to be binned. We ended up getting food from elsewhere but having paid alot in total. When prices are non negotiable taste should also not be compromised and should be non negotiable and the quality should reflect what you pay. If my price is fixed then so should the quality and taste. Its a disgrace and its no longer the same as it was 10years ago. Stop changing management as it affects quality. I will not go to Oodles again ever.

Ordered 4 cans of COKE, paid coke prices (£2.15 per CAN). I received 4 cans of Barr Cola.

You can get a 24 pack of Barr Cola delivered from Amazon for less than £8.

I paid MORE for 4 cans than an entire pack of 24 would’ve cost me.

If you want to sell Barr Cola, fine, you do you. But advertise that. What you have done here is THEFT.

And that’s not even mentioning the ridiculously small portion size nor the fact that the spring rolls taste off.

I ordered LARGE schezuan beef 2x egg fried rice and chicken in barbecue sauce and rice my surprise everything came in one box that was shorter than the length of the average fork.... They also put in a complimentary slip saying I should enjoy the spring rolls with my order but none was delivered with my one box of food....total miss selling, if this is a large meal with 2x egg fried rice for £13 I shudder to think what the small is.....The manager Suresh said that's the portions, I wouldn't mind if they were honest about it......I had to get more food from somewhere else.....That wouldn't have fed a 10 year old much less a grown adult. If I could have given them a minus I would have...As for just eats they weren't interested in my complaint and said that's just how it is so I have deleted their app. They rename their app to just hope to eat, because its a gamble. I suppose its just another instance of rip off Britain 🇬🇧.
