Dreadful food, threw it in bin after two mouthfuls. Not Chinese in any way. Had a weird plastic artificial taste to it. Over spiced and over priced. Do not waste your money.

Overpriced and not very nice!
I was really excited to try this place but had the worst experience. The food was so pricey for what it was and my partners was not even edible. Not impressed!

What a sham of a restaurant terrible staff and management but the worst thing is the food dont eat here unless you want food poisoning!

Absolutely disgusting, pls, pls don't waste your money ordering from here. I ordered on deliveroo and ordered a variety of flavours. Everything tasted the same, the chips were rock hard drenched in sauce, noodles were dry n the chicken was rank. Never tasted anything like it, I can't even describe it n to top it all off, after the small amount I did eat b4 throwing away, I threw up, it was just awful. NEVER EVER AGAIN 🤮. It's only got 1 star due to the fact I can't review without it. OMG I'm still fuming, close this so called takeaway down 🤬🤬

Food is always so tasty, I order through UberEats and it gets delivered so quickly the food is still hot! The boxes are packed with food and are very filling. Definitely recommend.

Just ordered from this place (Mk branch). I ordered a large box. They sent me a medium box after I paid full price for a large. I called them and the guy says sorry they have no large boxes. He said he’s filled the medium box to the top so that’s ok. There’s nothing on their website to say they have run out of boxes or there might be a problem. They have just taken my money for a large box without giving me what I paid for. Thanks for ruining my lunch break.

Bad experience found 2 grey hairs in our box also the rice was very wet and soggy which made the box and other food very soggy total waste of 22£ will never buy from here again .. although delivery driver was very polite

Please start taking payments through card as well. We are in the 21th century and everything is digitised you can’t rely on cash only system please unless you wanna commit fraud by saving taxes. Very sad.

I’ve tried contacting them several times as the food we ordered firstly arrived in a bag covered with sauce, the box covered with sauce and it was a disgusting to received any food order this way.
We ordered a large box it contained 99% dry noodles and 5 chicken pieces although we ordered 2 chicken dishes with it!! We could not even open the second box we ordered as it’s drenched with sauce and it’s disgusting to even take it out of the box.
Free fortune cookie are all broken and again full of sauce!
Soggy tempura prawns Which are also not edible to eat as it’s full of spilled sauce.

First and last time I ordered!

Poor quality food with a chemical taste to it. Was really disappointed

Ice cream had melted

Refund was not given

I will never be ordering from Oodles again

Absolute tasteless rubbish. Talked out of Singapore rice and opted for egg fried rice. It was crunchy and tasteless. Caramel chicken and sweet and sour chicken very bland. Won't be going there again very disappointed 😞

Waited nearly three hours for food.telephoned them three times. Said they would refund the money never did

Just had this upon recommendation from a colleague, just thrown most of it in the bin and given him a slap.

Cheap, nasty Chinese food of a quality lower than you'd expect to get from a mediocre Chinese take away, over spiced to hide the poor quality of the ingredients.

Gets more than 1 x star for the quantity, there was more than enough to feed the average person provided that they had no taste buds.

Worse place ever to get anything. Terrible food quality. Burnt fries combination box just full of burnt fries and rice no chicken whatsoever

ordered from the new Huddersfield branch, expected good things as the building looked nice after what it was like before. Ordered 3 meals which came to nearly £40 which I thought was a lot for 3 medium boxes. Didn't put no cutlery in the bag or anything like that.

The grim part starts now so apologies. Ate the food, and about an hour after I had terrible stomach ache, not been able to get off the toilet since and have been in bed since 6pm yesterday when i finished work. I didn't want to blame these guys for it but its the only option when it was the only thing id eaten and I have every symptom of food poisoning. When I read other reviews about the meat just been left hanging about and not been fresh its only confirmed my theory that I've probably had food poisoning from there. Its a shame as we was happy to have a new food place in town but I wont be eating there again

Had a delivery tonight from Oodles and it was amazing. Will certainly be ordering again. This is definitely the place to go for good food.

If you’re buying for the first time and reading this review - just don’t bother. Look elsewhere in Manchester. Don’t ruin your day.

LEICESTER GUYS JUST SIT THERE LETTING ANYONE TAKE THEIR BRAND AND RUN IT AS SHAMBLES - no clue to what customer service is or who they’re ripping off!!!!

They even read the order on the box and still get it wrong 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I mean how is that so?

Jay who’s the store manager full of false promises doesn’t know how to run a store at all. RANG ME ONCE TO APOLOGIES AND MAKE A FALSE PROMISE AFTER THAT WHEN I DID COMPLAIN EACH ORDER THEY KEPT GETTING WRONG NO RESPONSE JUST HIDES.

The staff they recruit arrogant, unethical and totally disrespectful. They dip their fingers without any gloves in the dishes, causing cross contamination. I’ve seen this first hand. Chicken is not fresh it’s just made as a batch and sold to the next unlucky customer.

Javed in the back is the only true credit to this store as he has previously tried to sort the order and understands the frustrating experiences they’re giving. I must say no way is this store fit for a city centre concept they don’t know how to the check order or even serve.

Can’t wait for their reply. “Please let manager know and next will sort it out for you.” 🤣 Social media team should know by now, this ain’t happening!
