Sold non-existent tickets, originally paid for changeable tickets from Toronto to France but when I got the confirmation email it never showed the price I paid for the ticket. Also learned the booking was non changeable so I thought it was strange. Searched for the booking confirmation and found that it was non existent, searched for the flight that was supposed to happen on the departure date and the time I booked for did not show up. Then I realized I was scammed. Chatted to their customer service and they said they were issuing a full refund and cancelled the booking but I will believe it when I see it. Calling the credit card company anyways to make sure I get all of it back. Also their chat agents have attitude and the email they sent “,
Confirming” flight cancellation and refund full amount, they never included the number or anything so
It’s absolute B.S. going to figure out how I can make sure I didn’t just lose $3000 for being cheap. Always check the real reviews before you use any third party website.

Good service

The booking process was good. The ads made it a bit harder.

There is a war in the destination I’m going to and I booked the flight prior. They not only refused to refund, they told me to wait for an email on my refund and never got anything - then when I contacted them again after two weeks, they said no and to change my flight dates it would cost $800. They’re SCAMMERS, truly do not care about helping people and are consumed by greed.

My flight got changed couple of weeks ago but I have not received my new tickets yet and I spouse to fly in 5 days. My hotel is booked at destination and I already toke time off work unpaid. Now I'm not even sure if I will be flying out.every time I speak to customer service they say I should get my tickets within 24 hours. Been like this for couple of weeks
I have spoken to customer service again they said the same thing as before. My flight is on 16th I'll update this post after that date. Still no ticket yet I paid e
O. Still nothing has been done about it. I got 3 days till check in begins. All I need is a ticket. Spoke to airline direct they said its a small process but only oojo can request it. It's been 25 days since the flight was changed and still no ticket.
Turkish airlines say flight was changed and oojo just needs to confirm it as I'm not allowed. Oojo can you please just confirm my new flights timings.

I booked and paid for a flight from JFK to Madrid. Then the trouble started. First, no confirmation email even after almost 48 hours. I spoke with customer service at least 20 times and always received the same answer, "we are still processing your flight" or "we have elevated your query to the appropriate department, you will receive instructions within two hours." Well, nothing. No calls. No emails. Absolutely nothing. I finally had to cancel the ticket and request a refund. Fortunately, that was handled easily and quickly. I bought the same exact ticket an hour later on the airlines website and had my ticket within 5 minutes. No booking site requires 2 days to process a ticket. Lesson learned. This company is a complete and utter scam. DO NOT BUY YOUR TICKET HERE! Customer service barely speaks English and obviously read their responses from a cue card. Worst experience I have ever had with a booking site. Stay Away if you value your money!

Günstige Preise, schnelle Abwicklung, die Ticketnummer habe ich zeitnah bekommen. Ich denke, die Ticket bzw das Einchecken wird entsprechend kurz vor Abflug noch kommen.
