I don't know where to start! I've booked so many flights with different travel agencies and I've never had a problem. This one is a scam! They're bums! Let me explain, I found some tickets at a good price and I said let's book them from here. I make the reservation, I get confirmation, after half an hour they call me saying I have to pay extra for the price, it went up even though I had already paid, I say what's going on here? I cancel it on the second day, I don’t know why, I booked it again. Again, the same thing after 1 hour, they call me and tell me that the price has gone up and that I have to pay extra. I cancel it again. So on the 3rd day, out of curiosity, to see if the same thing will happen again, I book it again . They hadn't bothered me for several hours and I said everything was fine, but they call me at 12 o'clock at night(!) to tell me that the price has gone up and I have to pay extra, while I have already been charged 6-8 hours before. I have never seen bigger fraudsters, liars, exploiters, I don't know how else to describe them. Find a reliable company, never deal with them!

"OOJO duplicated my surname onto my mother's and aunt's tickets. Flight is April 9. They are hiding behind a 'consolidator' and won't fix their own error. Confirmations Z4514. Fix this now or I'm filing a DOT complaint."

Flight was cancelled. Oojo offered $5,351.85 refund. Never processed it. I followed up with them. They hung up on me. I don't know how TrustPilot has so many positive reviews. Look at their Better Business Profile. There are complaints about this company's scams daily.

We had some hiccups with purchasing the ticket (not the fault of Oojo), and Yusuf was extremely helpful and attentive. We were scrambling to figure things out and he did a great job in reassuring us and giving us as much information as possible!

I had a very disappointing experience with this agency and would not recommend it to anyone. I booked a flight with additional services meant to protect me in case of cancellation. Unfortunately, the airline cancelled the flight, and I had to chase the agency repeatedly for a refund, even though it was not my fault. After countless calls, they informed me that I was only eligible for a voucher, not a full refund. They also deducted service fees, claiming it was their policy—even when the cancellation wasn’t on my part—adding more frustration to an already unpleasant situation.

When I tried to use the voucher to book another urgent flight, I discovered it wasn’t valid for self-use. I contacted their support team via email, as reaching them by phone is nearly impossible, only to be told that the voucher could be redeemed solely through their sales department. I then tried contacting the sales department, but no one answered or replied to my emails. To this day, I am still chasing them without any success.

Failed to cancel a flight on my behalf, failed to provide a refund. Horrible service overall. Plus lost my money.

I have been booking all of my family’s flights, including my own, with Ojoo. Their service is efficient, reliable, and reasonably priced. Thank you, Oojo.

I had to change my flight times and trying to get hold of oojo by phone was a problem so I sent an email they responded within 10 mins .The flight was more expensive which I didn’t mind .All in all they were pretty good . Will definitely use them again .. The thing is don’t panic their there too help
