I recently had my identity stolen and an unexpected change in circumstances but speaking to the the team really helped, last time I had a lady I canât remember her name and she helped me with other issues unrelated to this account. Whatever it is youâre going through I definitely recommend calling them, they will help you make a plan to pay off your balance but they will help you stay positive and maybe even think of things to help you that you havenât thought of yet.
This time I had Mark who I can only describe as an earth angel. I had put off calling, hoping the situation would resolve, and He was the most understanding, positive, uplifting soul and had words of encouragement he keeps by his station that was so needed in that moment and really helped. Proof there is still helpful and kind people out there who really want to do the best in the world and help people. Itâs not just a job to these guys they actually care and go above and beyond just customer service.

Do not give your money to any debt collection agencies. They are a scam and have no legal leg to stand on. Unless your debt is for £1000s a criminal or civil court wont touch it. Costs are to high to bother i have had alot of dealings with so called debt collection agencies my advice would be don't give them the time of day.
