Got a letter from Opos asking me to pay a £254+ which I supposedly own to Scottish Power. I have never had an account with Scottish Power. So how will I be owing them. Spoke to Scottish Power and they could not find me in their system. When a tried to speak to Opos, they refused to help because I wouldnât give them too much personal details which they claim was for security purposes. I was uncomfortable providing too much personal details because already I suspect they are scammers.
