Deceptive, read the fine print before agreeing to pay for their services because you will be signing a 3 month contract with no option to cancel and get a refund

Not only is the 3-month commitment and cancellation policy provided very clearly at signup in an effort to avoid any misunderstandings, but it is also worth noting that our 3-month commitment is one of the best in the industry. In fact, most of our competitors actually require a 6-month commitment. That said, we tried to reach you over the phone in order to discuss your situation further, but were unable to reach you, so we left a voice message. Please feel free to call us back at your convenience.
They lock you in 3 month contracts.
I signed up for to use the address in wise. It didn’t work. The same day I paid for the address I asked for a refund.

This structure helps cover the upfront setup and administrative costs. It is also worth noting that our 3-month commitment is one of the best in the industry. In fact, most of our competitors actually require a 6-month commitment. That said, we tried to reach you multiple times over the phone and via email in order to discuss your situation further. In the future, we highly recommend speaking with one of our customer service representatives prior to placing your order if there are specific requirements that are critical to you, as we always prefer to work with customers on the front end to avoid any problems or concerns down the road.
