Needs to do better
They can improve by actually doing a service when they charge you… not able to receive any of the services due to not having all required documentation but still gets charged for three months

Our records show all services were setup except for mail handling services, which were delayed because you had not submitted a notarized USPS Form 1583. This form is not an Opus requirement, but rather a requirement imposed by the United States Postal Service to ensure that your mail is being delivered to an authorized location.
As soon as we noticed the issue, our team reached out multiple times by phone and email to help you complete the form, but unfortunately, we did not receive a reply. As a courtesy, we notarized your form at no extra cost and submitted it to your selected location to complete your setup.

Great experience and wonderful staff/front desk receptionist. My company is four years in!! I only wish that this office had mail forwarding services!!! That’s a major disadvantage!!!!

I was told that the address and phone…
I was told that the address and phone number would show as a location and not a PO box but when I went to the bank and gave the address I was told that they were listed as a PO Box location similar to UPS stores. But now I have the address and it is on my company registration. False statements lead to issues with setting up a business. I am very disappointed and I am now searching for a physical location for our business and wasted money paying for the wrong services.

While premium virtual offices are fully compliant business addresses, some banks may apply their own classification systems. Worst Service System – Misleading and Unprofessional
I signed up for Opus.com under the promise of a mail forwarding service included with their package. However, once I registered, I was told that the building they assigned me to does not actually provide forwarding because Opus is only a third-party broker there.
This left me with no choice but to cancel the service and start over with a new company registration, address, and compliance documents — a major disruption and cost to my business.
On top of that, despite charging me a $120 monthly fee plus setup costs, Opus refuses to issue a refund even though they failed to deliver the basic service they advertised.
This has been a terrible experience, and I strongly advise other entrepreneurs and business owners to think twice before trusting Opus with something as critical as their company address and mail handling.
