Love this brand. The umbrella is sturdy and cute

The order has not arrived, it's been almost 3 weeks since the initial order was placed.

I Purchased the lavender Duckhead umbrella. After much thought on deciding which colour to buy I got the lavender to match my phone 😁
The umbrella came perfectly packaged.
The umbrella is wonderful, I couldn't be any more happier. Thank you!

my order was shipped out to me very quickly and, on arrival, my items were well packaged (but not so well packaged that i had to fight tooth and nail to get to my goodies! 😆) i’m really happy with the service that i received and am sure i’ll be back for more lovely ducky brollies in the future - one in every colour/print is the long term goal!

I bought an umberella from the online shop but was concerned when it hadn't been delivered after several days. I phoned them to let them know it would have to arrive within the next 4 days or it will be late for my wife's birthday. It seemed it was lost somewhere with Royal Mail so they sent a replacement first class and it arrived in time.
Very happy with the service and my wife loves the umberella.

Unfortunately till this moment have not received my order. I have contacted you since 03/May with the issue and till this moment it is not resolved. I find it quite awkward for an order of 86£ to be delivered with a simple Royal Mail

It was a present so didn't open it but looked pretty solid and a fun interpretation of an umbrella.

I ordered two umbrellas. One is faulty. I emailed ODH to find out how they are going t resolve the defective item they shipped to me. They are as silent as the duck head.
The umbrella is cute looking, but it is of poor quality, especially when it has a dodgy mechanism and they do not do anything to resolve the issue.

Sent umbrellas to my nieces in Canada and received photos of two delighted little girls 7 days later. Terrific service!

I’m not quite sure how to accurately describe what a perfect umbrella looks like. This is it, though. It’s perfect.
