Always very helpful with suggestions and advice when purchasing tickets. We also had to move our ticket dates and this was no trouble at all.
Ticket prices are really good too.
Fast at answering email enquiries. I have used Orlando Attractions.com for years.

The purchase of my parks ticket was really easy. The whole process was completed in 5 minutes.As a 1st timer to Orlando I researched the various tickets and prices available and I would recommend using this company.

Easily accessible website offering great options. Ordering of tickets was nice and simple. Prices were much better than competitors. Had to check out reviews to check authenticity. Order placed was delivered on line within seven days. Linked the tickets to Disney website, all ok.

We booked one day park hopper tickets for Disney. The company states that 7 working days are required to process the tickets but with uk and Florida offices it is not clear if these are British working days or American. They also tell you to make sure your order states ‘Completed’, so the night before we were due to go out to Disney, the tickets had not been sent over, and the order said ‘shipped’ not ‘completed’. I was checking hourly the day before we had booked the tickets for, disappointed each time with increasing anxiety. I called the Florida office just to get a recommendation to email or leave an answer message in emergency by a robot, due to naively trusting the tickets would come through I had waited too long to call the UK office, so was left to continuously check email and try to plan how to claim the near £650 spent on 2 adult and 1 child tickets back through the bank. Turns out it would’ve been cheaper to wait until we got here and buy these directly through the Disney website, this would also have allowed me time to purchase lightning lane tickets which are essential if trying to park hop and have fun in one day. Anyway, after staying awake all night feeling sick with worry (this had been 2 years of saving for myself and my family and 6 months of anticipation for my 7 year old daughter), I checked if they’d come through at midnight Uk time, midnight Us, etc, and every hour after unable to sleep, they had not.
My last attempt was to call the UK office at Uk opening time hoping we could get some them in time before park opening. 4.30 am Florida time alas I get though to someone on the phone. They had forgotten to attach the tickets to the email sent over a week earlier and sent them over in 30 seconds.
Whilst I believe this was an innocent mistake, this complacency had a hugely negative impact on a day that was supposed to be once in a lifetime and magical for my little girl.
I had barely any sleep and with receiving tickets so late there wasn’t much choice left for lightning lane passes, we faced immense queues and waits, managing just one ride before lunch and 2 more before the fireworks at 9.30pm, after arriving at 8.15am. I feel this could’ve been mitigated without the error made by orlandoattractions. I will never get this time back or a chance to do this again with my daughter at this age and the extra kick in the stomach of how expensive this experience has been.

Edit: I have improved my rating by 2 stars to reflect the courteous and quick response from Orlandoattractions. Whilst I can’t give my experience 4 stars or more I do appreciate the customer service and attempts to make up for the error.

Good process and efficient service from the team as per usual

Best price that i could find for Universal Florida, great communicators, would use again.

There was a bit of a mix up with dates and thought that it may have been on my end but Simon fixed this straight away, I was issued new tickets very quickly. I definitely recommend Orlando Attractions and will be using them again in the near future.

Great experience using Orlando attractions. Booked a number of last minute trips whilst over from the UK. Great pricing fast and simple and helped us beat the queues and get a good deal.

Very easy to find and purchase the tickets I required
Tickets were delivered promptly with good instructions on how to activate and download them.

We got the Seaworld tickets plus dining for a really good price. Tickets came in 48 hours . While at park they gave us tickets to come back for free , have to use within 7 days. So we went twice for the price of one day. Purchase them tickets it’s A1

Great customer service… faultless! and having used other competitors before I would always use Orlando Attractions as they are excellent value!
