Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. As there were no order details included, I was initially unable to investigate this further; however, I have now been able to locate your email and can see that our team will be coming back to you this morning. Our team aim to respond to all emails within 48 hours, and Iâm sure they will be able to provide the appropriate advice and work with you towards a suitable solution.
With Acers, we do keep the trees under cover to help protect them from the weather elements, and this can sometimes affect their colouring. Once planted out and exposed to full natural light, the colours should develop more naturally. As with all living products, every tree can also behave slightly differently.
For us to fully investigate any concerns, it is always helpful to provide the full order details where possible. However, Iâm pleased we have now been able to locate your order and hope this can be resolved for you today.
If you require any further gardening advice or aftercare guidance, our team will be happy to help.

Lovely healthy tree
The tree supplied is really healthy and lovely and I have always found Ornamental trees to be really good
I have taken a star off on this occasion, because the order took longer than anticipated to arrive
The original tree was apparently damaged in transit, but this was not communicated to me and I had to ring Customer Service to find it out Once I spoke to them, the lady I spoke to was really helpful and a
second tree was then ordered and shipped

Thank you for your review, and I am pleased to hear that our team has been able to resolve your concerns regarding the damaged tree and that you have now received your replacement, which is settling well.
On investigation, I can see that your tree was ordered as a pre-order and, once it was ready, it was dispatched to you. Unfortunately, the tree was damaged while at the courierâs delivery depot, and communication from the courier regarding the damage was slower than we would have expected.
We are pleased that we have now been able to resolve this for you and hope your replacement tree continues to settle well. If you require any further gardening advice or aftercare guidance, please do contact our team, who will be happy to help.
Arrived well packed and in healthy condition

Salix Kilmarnock Willow
Initially ordered the wrong tree and even though it was completely my mistake they cancelled the order and gave a refund. I was not expecting this so 5* service! The Kilmarnock Weeping willow was approx 180cm high and in excellent condition with lots of weeping branches. Can't wait to plant it and know it will be a stand out feature in my garden.
