Misleading product, wrong files delivered, no support helpful support
I purchased a MetaTrader 5 (MT5) Expert Advisor from OSFX Global after being assured I would receive the correct MT5 files with instant delivery.
Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing:
The product was not delivered instantly as advertised
After repeated follow-ups, I eventually received files — but these were for MT4, not MT5 as promised
The files provided do not work at all
I was told to contact support, but I have not be assited correctly, the support team replies once every 30 hours with the reply in most cases no help at all.
The seller/Owner has since stopped communicating
Before purchasing, I was also given very strong performance claims and access to a MT5 account with an active running EA
Based on my experience, this appears to be a case of misrepresentation and poor business practices.
I would strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution before purchasing from this company,
I am currently pursuing a refund through my bank and have reported the matter to the relevant authorities.
If the company resolves this matter and issues a full refund or a product that actually works as promised and advertised, I will update this review accordingly.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, and we're sorry your experience didn't meet expectations.
We want to be transparent for anyone reading: you did initially receive the MT4 files in error instead of the MT5 version you purchased. That was our mistake and it should not have happened. As soon as the issue was raised, our support team corrected the delivery and issued you a full refund as a goodwill gesture, despite our published no-refund policy on digital licences (clearly stated at checkout under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Schedule 2).
For context for other readers:
The MT5 software is fully operational — a live MT5 investor-access account is published openly on our website (osfx-global.com) so anyone can verify performance in real time.
Order records, the corrected delivery, and the full refund are all documented on our side.
We accept the initial delivery error was ours and we've since tightened our fulfilment checks to prevent it happening again. We're disappointed the refund and resolution weren't reflected in this review, but we appreciate the feedback as it helps us improve.
