Excellent service. Ordered Max Trax mounting bolts on Thursday evening and they arrived this morning (Saturday) even though expected delivery was Monday.
Just what I needed to get the job finished early and a fantastic quality part.

Their customer service is appalling. They will not take responsibility for selling ‘not fit for purpose items’ and then refuse to pay postage to return the ‘not fit for purpose item’.

Found a jack wolfskin parka online from this company , the coat was half the price of other companies, saving me over £120.
Paid for express delivery.

Ordered a Terra Nova tent on Friday at 2.15pm.
Despatch email and DPD link received at 2.30pm.
Delivered Saturday at 11.55am. That's 21 hours from order to delivery (Bournemouth to Leeds).

Ordered a pair of hestra gloves which ended up to be out of stock (not updated properly on website). The team emailed me straight away and arranged sending a different size upgrading the delivery to first class and ensuring I could return if didn't fit. Gloves came quick and fit fine. Other than the stock issue great customer service.

Having been looking for a fjallraven greenland winter jacket without paying about £350 for ages, I couldn't believe my luck when I managed to pick one up from outdoor gear for £140. Really quick deliver too, I can't fault these guys.

Again the excuses this company has given me are shocking thinking am stupid am a single parent father trusted this firm to send me a pair off hunter wellies for my daughters birthday her main present were the wellies are supposed to be gloss finish there all faded and patchy excuse after excuse no apology at all just send them back we’re am paying for postage and package don’t bother buying from this firm first time I’ve used them last time to shocking company

Ordered a couple of freeze blocks and winter gloves from Outdoor gear. Unfortunately one of freeze blocks was damaged during transit. I contacted the company who offered to send a replacement but ran out of stock so refunded me. You can tell how good a company is when there is an issue- Outdoor gear have been excellent. I will continue to shop again for all my outdoor needs.

I reluctantly decided the tent I'd ordered didn't suit my needs - no fault of OutdoorGear UK. Returned it unused and within hours of them receiving it I was notified of a full refund just as per the terms on their website. Will order again without hesitation and that's high praise as I'm an ex outdoor equipment retailer myself!

I bought a pair of size 8 Hunter boots from OutdoorGear UK LTD, otherwise known as OutdoorGear Outdoor Experts that sell on amazon, the boots were to big so I returned the boots for a refund, I had saved a pair of size 7 boots in my basket but when I tried to order they were out of stock, so I tried another search only to find a separate listing for size seven hunter boots for a further forty pounds, making the total price of one hundred and thirty five pounds, this I find to be a very corrupt way to be selling, why would a size 8 and as size 6 be one price and now the size 7 more expensive, I called OutdoorGear UK Ltd and they say they have no power over what amazon do as regarding prices, I beg to differ and I suggested that they should contact amazon to find out what has happened and that they should have power over what is happening.

Very well priced pair of Hestra ski gloves ordered in the last week before Xmas. Didn’t need or expect to see them until after Xmas. But order taken, processed and shipped within an hour and gloves with me within 2 days despite all the holiday hiatus.
Top job, very well priced product and super service.

Competitively priced Fjallraven jacket, ordered it on the one day, it arrived the next! I ordered the wrong size so sent it back, a day and a half later the right one was in my hands. Very very fast efficient service, and the sales team were very helpful with any queries I had. This is the right way to do business, I’d recommend this company.

Ordered an item off ebay, as this company sells there as well, order was cancelled as " not in the warehouse" was them immediately relisted for more money on ebay.
Company have refused to honour their sale.
Really poor service.

Given 2 stars for the sheer speed at which I received the item. The rest of the service was pretty poor. The item itself was poorly packaged which left the box inside battered (looked like something out of a bargain bin in a local store). Not ideal as it is a gift for my dad for Christmas. After a couple of e-mails they informed me that mailing bags are all that they use as boxes are too costly. Apparently they only guarantee the item inside (not the packaging) so I’d avoid if your order consists of anything in a box to be given as a gift to someone as it may come a little worse for wear.

Excellent price and very prompt processing of my Fjallraven coat. Will definitely use again.

This is the second pair of Fjallraven trousers I have purchased from Outdoorgear, as they were the best price I could find, they delivered next working day free of charge!
Will definitely be a returning customer!

Yesterday around 4pm I was stressing about rain due at the festival we're going to this weekend and worrying about how to rainproof our camping experience. I came across outdoor gears website, (it could do with a mobile friendly upgrade) but I ordered a tent tarp and today at 11am it has arrived! I can't believe how fast that was. And now I'm saved for the festival this weekend. Thank you so much. ❤️
